Holiday rentals with beach access in Flogita

We stayed 10 days in the Apollo apartment and had a wonderful time. Alex happened to be there and greeted us personally. Alex and Theo are so nice and helpful - just great hosts. Questions are answered immediately. Theo is on site. Everything is exactly as described in the photos. Even more beautiful! Have breakfast on the balcony in the morning - end the day on the balcony in the evening. Kitchen has everything you need, even to cook something at home in the evening. The beach is right outside the door, with several beach bars, but also with a public area. Umbrellas and other beach utensils can be rented from Alex & Theo. I still recommend renting a car to drive to other beaches and explore the area. The supermarket downstairs has everything you need and a very delicious bakery. Larger supermarkets are also nearby. We can only recommend a stay, we had a wonderful vacation. Thank you for everything

The apartment is very spacious and has all the needed amenities. It is in a walkable distance to the city center, but in a very quiet area. There is a parking space. The host is very friendly and responsive. There is nothing negative about the property and I highly recommend it.

Yoannis is a great host, with utmost responsiveness and relevance of responses. The place is as described, it is clean, and has all amenities for a comfortable living (including new soft towels which does not often happen). We had a minor issue with Airbnb showing an erroneous location, but now I see it has been revised. It is a relatively calm area, at night silence and sound of waves, with exception of the garbage truck which passes around 4am. I wrote some minor constructive suggestions to the owner separately, in simple good a faith; I took the time, because I find him a good and perceptive host. The price I paid was not some great bargain but was reasonable. Now, it all depends how it will change with time, so as always, one has to compare with others. What matters is the accuracy of the listing and responsiveness of the owners. So price aside, I recommend the accommodation and I would return.

We really enjoyed our family vacation. The host was always very responsive and gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants. The place was clean and very well equipped. Stunning little terrace with great sea view. To get to the beach you need to take the ill-shaped stairs down and then back up, so not ideal for toddlers and babies with strollers. The town centre is about 10 minutes away by foot. There are plenty of free parking spaces. The only problem for us was the sleeping. It was way too hot, and the air-condition couldn't reach the bedroom. The moment you turn it off it gets very hot (maybe this is because the building is older so the isolation is probably not very good or the fact that we were in the middle of a heat wave, I don't know). There is a ceilling fan in the bedroom which is nice, but again, not enough to maintain a pleasant room temperature during the hottest months. All in all, we were satisfied with our stay :)

Kyriakos is an honest, gentlemanly and friendly host. We were as comfortable as our own home. I'm not exaggerating: I've never stayed in such a clean place before. Kyriakos is so experienced that he quickly answered all my questions, but I didn't have to ask anything. He sent us a list of all the places, restaurants and beaches that might be necessary and recommended, along with map pins. We admired everywhere he suggested. On the morning of the 3rd day, we found our clean towels hanging at the door. Contrary to the comments, we didn't find the house small. We ate a few times in the kitchen and were able to prepare everything comfortably. The balcony is perfect for relaxing. The closet easily accommodated our clothes. The bed was comfortable. He had turned on the air conditioner before we arrived, but it wasn't necessary. It was cool and beautiful at night. The area is quiet and calm. The nearby beach is very convenient. There is a personal and canopy space for the vehicle. Thank you Kyriakos, I hope we will come again!

The fleet has outstanding view over sea. Beautiful terrace and very friendly staff. Can’t wait to go again.Highly recommend.

Great comfort appartment

Everything was perfect. The house had everything we needed. And the owner always helped us with our needs very fast.

We liked the house very much; it had everything; the host Stratos had thought of everything; he also gave us very good information about places to visit in the area. You can walk from the house to the beach; there are markets in the village where you can find everything. I definitely recommend this house.

Beautiful villa in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunsets. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and further down a handful of excellent beach bars. Shirt 5 minute drive to Posidi town. Villa is so homely. Spacious and comfortable. Alfresco and backyard for entertaining and space for the kids. Vasiliki is a wonderful host, communicating clearly and proactively, helping when needed. We highly recommend this place.

This year AirBNB is highly recommended if you’re in the Thessaloniki area The host goes above and beyond to make sure the place is clean, furnished and comfortable for your stay. it is further from downtown, close to the airport. But, it still has plenty of places to eat at in a local and quieter area of Thessaloniki.

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

The house is lovely! As is the outdoor space with the nice garden. Everything was very clean and the hosts were very friendly and communicative! Thank you so much! We had an amazing stay!

We had a wonderful week at Maki's house. The house is a cute and peaceful village house. There are cute cats in the garden that get as close to you as you let them. The location of the house is very good. It is close to the beach, restaurants, and markets. The only negative aspect was the mosquitoes. Makis had left some mosquito repellent for this, but despite this, the flies won this war. In conclusion, I can sincerely recommend Makisin house.

The house is great, especially the bbq area. We were 6 adults, 3 kids, and one dog. Inside was clean and tidy. As a disadvantage I can say that one bed in the one bedroom which is too small for two people and it would be possible to put a bigger one. Also that there is one toilet and the lack of a dishwasher causes inconvenience. The host was very helpful and responded quickly!

The location is 10 * out of 5 ! Great host and perfectly equipped place. Thanks Simos & Elizabeth for the hospitality! Definitely will come again!

Very nice apartment and the host!

It is a very nice apartment, which is super centrally located at the white tower. The curtains and shutters are an advantage, although fortunately we did not have direct sunlight during our stay, which is a great advantage in hot Thessaloniki. We enjoyed it very much. Of course, there is also air conditioning. And Παυλος is a great host, always available and he wants to fulfill every wish. 🥰

Loannis had everything one could possible need in the apartment We really liked that we had deck chairs and an umbrella for the beach Although we did not cook, everything you would need was provided

Eva and Korinna are great hosts. They have a very nice airB&B in the Centre of the city. Everything is in walking distance. Great time.

In Anastassias flat there is everything available, that you need. Nice terrace for chilling, breakfast and dinner on beautiful days. It's also perfect for families. Kids beach toys available, when going to the beach just on the other side of the street. Restaurants and a supermarket available next door. Free parking right in front of the building.

Clean, peaceful had everything we needed for our three day stay. Hara and her family were more than kind and welcoming. The house was beautiful and right next to the sea! Would def recommend for a quiet and chill vacation!

It was truly a wonderful experience. Both the cleanliness of the apartment and the communication with the host made the stay even better. The location is very central, allowing easy access to many places on foot. Looking forward to staying here again.
