Holiday rentals with beach access in Flic en Flac

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour d’une semaine dans le logement d’Anne et Dominique. Ce sont des hôtes très disponibles et réactifs et ils nous ont donné les meilleures recommandations des activités et restaurants alentours. Ils sont chaleureux et aiment recevoir des visiteurs. Le logement offrait une superbe vue sur la baie de Tamarin et nous avons vu des couchers de soleil incroyables. Le logement a tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon moment (accueil, barbecue, piscine, proximité des excursions …). Nous recommandons assurément ! Amicalement, Thibault et Céline

Stéphanie and her team were incredible, very responsive and even helping to set up a surprise birthday welcome for my husband on our arrival. Blue Bay is a dream and this house only adds to it - luxe, easy, and with the lagoon right out your door. Very well set up for kids and families with lots of nice touches. Only drawback is that you're right in the flight path of the airport, which scared our toddler until he got used to it - but luckily the flights don't really go at night so you're not disturbed. Would definitely recommend and hope to return!

My family and I stayed at Ruben's spacious, well lit, and super comfortable apartment for a week. Ruben responds very quickly and was always polite and helpful (something I found was a wonderfully common trait with most people in Mauritius). I will miss the views (coz there's more than one angle) from the apartment the most. The beach, small convenience stores, and eateries are all at walkable distances. I would definitely recommend this place!

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war fantastisch. Auch wenn wir verspätet ankamen, waren die Gastgeber sehr flexibel. Der Check-In war schnell und einfach, was nach der langen Reise sehr angenehm war. Zusätzlich erhielten wir von J.C. direkt nach Check-In eine Liste mit allem was man für seine Zeit in Mauritius benötigt (Restaurantempfehlungen, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Vorschläge für Unternehmungen). J.C. und Vero waren dauerhaft erreichbar und man konnte Ihnen jederzeit Fragen und Anliegen mitteilen. Egal was man brauchte, sie waren immer sehr zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft war genau wie sie beschrieben und abgebildet war. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft wundervoll und wir werden wieder bei J.C. und Vero bleiben, wenn wir erneut nach Mauritius reisen.

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'appartement, tout était parfait, c'était vraiment TOP, j'étais dans le luxe. J'étais très bien accueilli, la maman de Krshn est vraiment une femme adorable, elle s'est bien communiquer avec moi, elle a fait très attention que je manque .hésitation.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Flic en Flac! The location is perfect, right in front of a nice lively beach and close to everything you need. The view of the beach from the apartment is really lovely. The apartment is simple but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner was great at communicating before our arrival, which made everything really easy, even though we didn’t meet in person. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beach stay in Flic en Flac!

Das kleine Cottage von Jf und Kareen hat uns mit seinem ganz eigenen Charme, einer tollen Ausstattung und seiner optimalen Lage mehr als überzeugt. Es war sauber, ordentlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber haben nicht zu viel versprochen, waren selbst sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets für Fragen erreichbar. Ich würde diese Unterkunft jederzeit guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen 😊

Der Bungalow ist wirklich etwas besonderes. Das Holzhaus ist wertig und reduziert aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Veranda mit Blick in den Garten ist ein echtes Highlight. Man ist in der Natur, mit allem drum und dran. Der Blick ist wirklich traumhaft. Der sehr nahe Strand hat uns nicht besonders gefallen, auch wenn es für die Kinder spannend war die Flugzeuge zu beobachten. Ansonsten ist die Lage gut für Ausflüge nach Le Morne, die Südküste, Chamarel und den Nationalpark. Die Kommunikation mit Olivier war einfach. Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern da, deshalb ein besonderer Blick: das Holz knarzt ganz schön, auch die Türen. Für geräuschempfindliche Kinder abends/ nachts schwierig. Außerdem sind Hunde auf dem Grundstück, die sehr lieb sind und uns meist nicht beachtet haben. Dennoch nicht jedermanns Sache.

The Villa is amazing. Very peaceful, safe and has a beautiful beach front view. Its extremely spacious with a huge living room and dining. Kitchen has all the amenities required. The best part is the outside sitting area where they also have an 8 seater dining table, where you can sit and enjoy the view of the calm beach. The view of the sunset is breathtaking from here. Swimming pool is very clean and regularly maintained. Master bedroom is quite big. The host of the villa Asvin, is extremely helpful and friendly. Him and the manager Sudesh made sure that we checked in properly and made sure that we were comfortable during our entire stay. Some good restaurants to try, nearby, are Village Cafe (Bf) Chessy Latte (Pizzas), Happy Rajah (Indian) and Chamarel Panoramic Viewpoint Restaurant (Amazing view). Grocery store, London bay, is also very nearby. Overall we loved the place and had an amazing time at the Villa !!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Valerie . La maison est très agréablement à vivre et le jardin ainsi que la piscine apportent un havre de paix et de fraîcheur ! L’emplacement est très bien situé pour profiter des points touristes dans le sud de l’ile. Valérie a été une hôte très attentive et elle nous a donné pleins d’adresses utiles. Merci à Valérie pour ce merveilleux séjour.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this home hosted by Varma! From the moment we arrived, everything was as described—clean, cozy, & well-maintained. The check-in &check-out process was smooth; host was super responsive & welcoming. We really appreciated the personal touches and flexibility. Not to say that they do this for all guests but they even gave us sweet treats which we throughly enjoyed. The space was thoughtfully decorated & had everything we needed - including a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, spacious rooms with AC & comfortable beds. We like to cook some of our meals and we had all the basics in the kitchen. They also gave us a mineral water jug to start with. They provided us with beach chairs. Great home for small group or family. The location was also ideal—close to local shops, restaurants. Grocery store was only 10 min walk away and best of all, a very short walk to one of the most beautiful beach in Mauritius. We truly enjoyed our stay!

It was a tropical paradise, felt like home from home. You wake up hearing the ocean, incredible spot for sunset and has everything you need and more. Definitely will be staying here again, would highly recommend.

Avant même d’arriver à l’Ile Maurice, Caroline s’est montrée très disponible. Nous avons de suite ressentie sa bienveillance, sa douceur envers nos enfants et son hospitalité. Un bonheur d’avoir eu l’occasion de découvrir son logement ainsi que ses talents de cuisinière puisque nous avons pu goûter à un plat local réalisé par ses soins. Tout est prévu pour y passer un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation ce lieu. Un GRAND merci encore !! Nous n’avons pas prévu de revenir à l’île Maurice dans les mois/années qui arrivent cependant nous gardons l’adresse précieusement, sait-on jamais !!

Ambroise is a great host.... very responsive and detailed from Day 1. The property was clean and well maintained. The two turtles at his place are fun to watch and Ambroise was kind enough to lend his private Kayaks to us. It was a fun experience exploring the reef on the Kayak. Thanks for having us Ambroise!

We had a wonderful week in Tatiana's beautiful apartment. The view of the Indian ocean was spectacular. We practically had the pool and beach to ourselves when we were there as very few others around. Tatiana was very responsive, particularly when we had an issue with the hot water on day one. It was all fixed very quickly. I hope one day we can return as it was the perfect base for us to explore the area. Thank you!

3 nuits au Charming Condo parfaites pour découvrir Tamarin, Le Morne, Rivière Noire et les gorges de Black River! L’emplacement est parfait pour des voyageurs se déplaçant en bus. C’était notre cas et Sébastien nous a fourni toutes les indications pour nous rendre au logement depuis l’Est de Maurice. Facile et hyper accessible! Agréable surprise à notre arrivée avec les petits plus et attentions de nos hôtes : panier d’accueil et serviettes de plage fournis parfait pour l’apéro sur la plage à proximité! La trousse de secours (oui, on y pense pas assez!) parfait pour les petits bobos suite à la visite du parc National ! Et l’emplacement idéal à deux pas des restaurants ! Nous avons apprécié le Jiva pour le petit déjeuner et le happy Rahja ou le Osaka Sushi pour les dîners! Bonus pour la disponibilité de Sébastien, sa réactivité et le logement impeccable. Je recommande sans hésiter, entre amis ou en famille, le charming Condo sera idéal pour votre séjour au sud ouest de Maurice.

Le logement était tres bien situé : plage et restaurants à pieds. Appartement très bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire (pack d'eau, thé, biscuits...). Bill est tres agréable et disponible pour toute demande. En bonus, nous avons eu un plat typiquement mauricien préparé par ses soins. Nous recommandons a 100 %.

Patricia s'est montrée très disponible, pour préparer notre arrivée, régler tout problème éventuel ou conseil de visite, ce qui est très rassurant. Son appartement est très spacieux, propre, très bien équipé, avec balcons. Au calme, il se situe dans une résidence sécurisée, avec gardien, parking fermé, deux piscines et parc très agréable. Surtout la localisation est idéale car à 5/10 minutes à pied vous pourrez profiter de la superbe plage de Flic en Flac, qui s'étend sur plusieurs kilomètres et propose de nombreuses activités dont restaurants de plage (5/6 euros pour un plat). Dans le même rayon tout à pied, vous avez également de nombreux commerces (supermarché, restaurants, bars, boulangerie, boutiques diverses,..). Et enfin, vous serez très bien situé pour visiter toute l'île en voiture, avec de nombreux sites, randonnées, plages,.. très accessibles depuis l'appartement. En bref, le choix idéal pour profiter de toute l'île Maurice !

A fantastic place for a great holiday. Immaculate, extremely well equipped, stunning decoration, extremely tasteful furniture & fittings, everything you need and more. I can personally recommend Romain’s place to anyone. This was our fourth visit to Mauritius , and was the best ever. We will definitely be back in the future. Romain went out of his way to arrange my wife’s 60th birthday celebrations. On our arrival we were surprised with Champagne , and he even arranged a birthday cake the night of the celebration. Thank you so much Romain, you’re an absolute star! Till next time!

The place totally exceeded our expectations, infinity pool was just incredible, we ended up using it every evening while watching the sunset. The flat was really high quality, every little detail was thought through. Also kitchen had everything you could possibly need, like really everything. Martine was lovely and always quick to help if anything came up, and the staff were so friendly and polite. Also what surprised us a lot was that they cleaned the flat every day which we never seen in Airbnbs. Great value for money, would 100% come back.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Christopher! Die Kommunikation hat super geklappt, die Wohnung war sauber und der Pool auch toll, die ganze Anlage ist sehr ordentlich und gepflegt. Es ist ein schönes kleines, ruhiges Örtchen mit genügen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viel kleinen Restaurants und Cafés. Für den ersten Hunger war in der Wohnung gesorgt. Wir würden immer wieder kommen:)
