Loft Apartment on the Ugly Fence

Practical and welcoming loft apartment of 40m2 at Ugla in Trondheim. Bus stop is just outside the door, with direct bus to the city center every 20 minutes. The place is close to Bymarka with several nice hiking opportunities, as well as lakes for both swimming and fishing. Granåsen sports facilities are also not far away (2.5 km) with the possibility of a bus there as well. Several shops and restaurants in walking distance from the apartment. The apartment has a new kitchen from 2024 with most things you need, private bedroom, bathroom and living room. Welcome!

Apartment is close to the great city mark with unique hiking opportunities, at the same time only a few minutes from the city center! Quiet , child-friendly neighborhood. Backyard with nice play stands. Free parking. Here you can run or bike in the woods, or train roller skiing on paved trails in the summer. Walking distance to colonial, pharmacy, gym and swimming pool. Right by the bus stop, minutes from the city center by bus. Simple and peaceful apartment centrally located in Ranheim with bathroom and shower totaling 22 sqm. Private entrance, and sitting area on the outside. Free parking right next to the apartment. Shop and bus stop 5 minutes away. Nice hiking opportunities in the area, and 20 min. walk down to the sea. Approx. 10 min drive by car to the city center. Bright and cozy apartment in Byåsen

We rent out a newly built and bright 1-bedroom apartment in the basement of our townhouse. The apartment has a separate entrance, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. There is in-floor heat and balanced ventilation in all rooms. It comes with parking space for passenger car on the plot. Granåsen ski resort is a 5 min drive by car or about a 20 min walk away. To the city center in Trondheim it takes about 17 min by bus/car/tram. The bus stop is 3 minutes walk from the apartment and the tram stop is 6 minutes walk from us.

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)
