Uno de los mejores edificios en Tucacas es Nautilus Park, ya que tiene un area de piscina bastante grande con Tobogan. Ubicado diagonal al Luxor y a tan solo 5 min del pueblo de Tucacas. El edificio tiene planta eléctrica que solo alimenta areas comunes. También posee Tanque pero hay racionamiento depende de la temporada, para esto tenemos Tanque Cilindro dentro del apto. Aqui no cobran extra para usar las parrilleras, y los brazaletes son solo $2 mientras que en otros cobran $5.
