Had a great time.!Clean and updated! Had no concerns. Palm coast is a great place to visit. Early check in if needed. I would definitely come back to stay here.

We had a great 4 day stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, spacious and accommodating, and felt just like home. The house is only a few miles from restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. We didn’t get a chance to visit the beach but having the heated pool was just as good. Other than that we’d suggest labeling the light switches as they were a bit confusing to figure out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the house, the pool, and the location.

Considering Joanna had 70 reviews with all 5 stars, naturally, we went in with higher expectations. That said, we were not disappointed. The property is well taken care of inside and out. The amenities were abundant, pool was incredible, location provides privacy in a quiet neighborhood. Joanna was always very quick to answer any question. Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend staying here.

Rusi’s place was beautiful, there was clear attention to detail all over the house. A few highlights: smart toilets (vidette, thermal control, etc), TVs are large and updated, the kitchen is fully stocked so you can cook whatever, there is a nice space outside that is insulated from insects. On top of that, Rusi was really fast to reply and give instruction were needed. Thanks!

Didn’t spend much time in the Airbnb but upon arrival everything was as expected the house was clean pool was nice had enough space close to interstate which was good everything was perfect if I had to complain maybe more towels recommended and will come back

We had an amazing experience staying at Matthew’s ’s place! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, including the fully stocked kitchen. The location was ideal—close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet for a good night’s sleep. Check-in was seamless and communication with Matthew was excellent. He was incredibly friendly and responsive. We didn’t want to leave and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for making our trip so special!

Colleen and Ian were wonderful hosts, so responsive and so friendly! The house is gorgeous and the back yard was perfect for the kids to go play and for the adults to just hang out and relax! Would definitely stay here again!

Christophers’s place was perfect for our visit to Flagler Beach. The pool and beach were right outside the patio door where we watched the sun come up every morning. There are many great restaurants a short distance up A1A where some great seafood can be had. I can’t wait to visit again soon.

Home was easy to find and clean. Close to palm coast and stores. Pool was great to relax in. With any questions we had Pauline was quick to respond and answer. Great price!

Absolutely loved our stay. Every clean and beautiful unit. In a great and safe location. European Village was so cute and lively. We stayed for a weekend and music only lasted till 10-10:30pm so noise was not a problem. We would definitely book again the next time we are in Palm Coast!!!

We had a wonderful stay. So peaceful listening to the waves and watching the sunrises each morning. Close enough to town yet offers plenty of privacy.

I couldn’t say enough good things about this place! Andres was the best host we’ve ever had, and was so kind and responsive! Great location, you can easily walk right across to the beach access. Clean room, and super cute. We esp loved the patio area for our little pupper. Can’t wait to come back!

Melanie is one of the nicest (coolest) people you will meet. We came to town looking for our future home and Melanie our host who is also a realtor/property manager showed us multiple properties. She was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. If you are coming to town and are looking for any type of real state Melanie is definitely your go to. We look forward to working with her in the near future.

This place was such a gem! Walking distance to the beach and very quiet neighborhood. Had a minor maintenance issue right after checking in, but Ela was very responsive and the issue was fixed immediately. Would definitely stay here again!

This was an amazing stay! The location couldn’t be better, just steps from the beach, literally right across the street. The studio was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. Jordan allowed us an early check-in, and we happened to arrive a little before the code had been updated, but he responded immediately and got us all set up without any hassle. He was always so responsive and even provides beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to use. He also shared great local recommendations, Tony’s wine spot was a favorite! We loved how walkable everything was and really enjoyed exploring the area. This place is a rare little gem, and we’ll definitely be back this summer!

The unit was very clean. The location was perfect for us and I appreciated the underground parking with a designated parking space. The private terrace provided a great ocean view and some protection from the direct sun if needed. The host even provided some snacks when we arrived. I am looking forward to visiting again later this year.

Allen’s place was very spacious and clean. It is exactly as described. He responded right away when we had a question. We enjoyed our time here and the beach was an easy 2 min walk. He had beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys, which was a total plus for us!!! If we were to visit Palm Coast again, this is where we would stay!!!

This is a hidden treasure in Flagler Beach. I’ve lived in this area for 20 years, and this place is a gem! Waking up to the ocean sunrise is unforgettable. The house is pristine, and so comfortable. We loved relaxing on the big couch to watch a movie, and reading on the deck. The wine was just what this teacher/momma needed after a busy school year! Our beach day was such a breeze because the walk over is literally just across the street! It is on a peaceful part of the beach. The Tommy Bahama chairs were so light to carry on your back and so comfortable! They had everything you might need- we literally only packed toothbrushes, swimsuits and clothes! We had perfect summer Florida weather, and even used the fire pit on our last night. We enjoyed a delicious meal at Next Door Bistro and went bought ice cream twice at The Waffle Cone (Captain butterscotch is not to be missed). The beds are cozy & comfortable. The bedding was top-tier (and I am picky about sheets!) A+

It was a short and very pleasant stay! The place was extremely clean and comfortable! The host was super friendly and responsive! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the place to others.

This was our 2nd time staying at Kelly’s place. We had another great stay. The location can’t be beat, it’s a clean and quiet space with all the amenities of home and plenty of parking. Walkable to many restaurants and the beach. Highly recommend!

We had a bad run of our travel plans and we found Hanna's place. From immediate response after 10pm to flexibility with a late checkout, Hanna was so extremely helpful. Her place was beautiful and it really made all of our prior problems non-existent and we could just relax and enjoy the pool and the beach. My family had a wonderful time and I will definitely keep this location saved for future rentals!
