The house was just as advertised, it was clean and stocked with everything we needed for a fantastic beach weekend!

Spent our anniversary at this wonderful home. It is well taken care of and you can tell a lot of through went into the space.

We had a great stay here and will definitely be returning soon! The beach area was not crowded at all and the sand is nice and soft and great for kids. Plenty of restaurants close by and house has everything you need!

We had a great time here. The view and beach are amazing. Just steps to the water and we saw dolphins every single day that we were there. Lots of pelicans flying by throughout the day as well! Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for an awesome beach. There are so many beautiful shells to be found on the beach! We also found a couple shark teeth, which was very exciting! The Reef, Aunt Kate’s, and Caps are all extremely close, with the Reef being within walking distance. Both decks are amazing and really help keep you cool and out of the sun. The house has a ton of beach toys, boogie boards, and chairs to use on the beach. Tons of lizards outside, which we thought was cool. We did see a few cockroaches in the house and had a run in with a Huntsman spider, but in no way did it impact our stay and it was to be expected. It is Florida after all! The house was very clean and we loved our stay here!

EXCELLENT location! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool (and unexpectedly used the hot tub more than we thought we would!). Very spacious. The open concept kitchen, dining and den with pool views gave it a resort like feel. We definitely plan to visit again!

A fantastic location on Flagler Beach! Salt water pool on property. Cross the street and you have the Atlantic Ocean. This home was exactly as advertised. Host was very responsive. My family had a wonderful time here and we have decided we will come back to this home for future vacations. Several restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores just a bit further away. What a wonderful place to relax! Highly recommend this home! Enjoy!

Words can’t even describe how great of a stay we had! Phenomenal! Great host spotless never felt more at home! Very responsive and helpful. This was I’d say the very best airbnb we have stayed at! They had every thing needed for the beach bikes,umbrellas, chairs, beach carts just everything above an beyond! My fiance Got to meet craig in person wondeful dude! We had an awesome trip! The house was impeccably clean which can be difficult to keep up with at the beach. The house was in a perfect location close to the beach. It accommodated all of our needs. My group’s favorite part was 100000% the backyard pool area.

What a gem of a place! We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the house SO MUCH. The house was spotless, had tons of natural light, and was stocked with everything we needed for a great stay. The kids absolutely loved the hot tub and pool. How amazing that it overlooked the water... it almost felt like an infinity pool! The game room was a hit with my 9 year old and he played pool for the first time! This was surely a vacation to remember and we would gladly stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay at Whitney and John’s place! Their home was immaculate. Perfect for a baby and two young children and a dreamy retreat for the adults. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Adorable restaurants also walkable and perfect for a family! Whitney and John were so lovely and responsive. We can’t wait to go back!

Planned this for our annual ladies trip. It was perfect! Lots of space for everyone, yet nice areas for all being together. The kitchen was very well stocked, including plenty of coffee which is very important to me! The beds and linens were cozy and comfortable, the bathrooms were clean. We're really enjoyed the backyard as well. We loved the hot tub and the pool, and the river was so pretty. We really appreciated the attentiveness of the owners to questions we had. We look forward to staying there again and the pickleball court being completed!

Stayed six days, host was great!

We had such a fantastic time at this beautiful home in St. Augustine! The home is very clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect—tucked away on a quiet street but still close to the beach, downtown, restaurants, shops, and historic sites. The house had everything we needed and more—well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and a lovely outdoor area to relax. You can tell the owners really care about making it a great experience for guests. We walked to town every day and loved how easy everything was. Communication with the host was fast and friendly, and check-in was simple. Highly recommend this home for anyone visiting St. Augustine. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved our stay! Everything was clean and as stated. Greatly appreciated the early check in as well as that awesome lounge area on the porch. Recommend for a relaxing accommodation while exploring what the palm coast beaches.

We had the BEST time at Dani’s place! She was so kind and let us add two extra family members at the last minute. This place is STUNNING, honestly even better than the photos. The views are incredible and we all loved going out on the dock at different times of the day to watch the tide come in and out. We saw a few sea turtles and a lot of fish jumping. It’s close to the beach, which we also enjoyed but that porch is just so magical. We even got to do yoga outside one day! Book this place, it’s beautiful and oh so peaceful!!

Great spot. Steps from the beach with a direct view of the beach from the house. This is truly beachfront. Very convenient. Nice place, well appointed, roomy, and pics of the place were accurate.

Alina, from the moment I rented the house, you and the team helped me, I want to thank you because during my stay you did not stop answering and worrying if everything was fine. The whole house is truly a place where you can rest and enjoy every corner, it is equipped with everything you may need, comfortable beds and the most charming place "its beach 🏖️ " I can say that I spent one of my best days of my life, they will always be in my memory, especially being able to meet my daughter there and every moment I had my granddaughter Aneva with me, the distance separates us but that there is impossible for God, "nothing". I felt like in my own house. And, yes Alina, I was able to write my poem while contemplating the sea and its charms. Thank God for giving me this time there, I feel special. I live in Florida and take my dog and a boat on vacations to other parts of Florida. This place was perfect for the two of us. I like to cook and the kitchen was well stocked and most useable, has all the utensils you may need and the appliances seemed new. Bathroom was clean, well supplied and had plenty of hot water. Sheets, towels, pillows were perfect. Slept like a log. Neighborhood is eclectic and quiet. Straight shot about 1/4 mile to the beach access over the dunes. Absolutely wonderful place to walk with your dog, no people from resorts and condos to deal with. Go early and catch the sunrise. I enjoyed my stay.

The place was peaceful with wonderful neighbors. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We would love to book again in the future!
