Basement Apartment 333 in Flachau

Beautiful ground-floor apartment, just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Flachau. The outdoor area features a small terrace reserved exclusively for the apartment. A perfect starting point for hiking, ski touring, cross-country skiing, and downhill skiing. The ski lift is 700 meters away, and the ski bus stop is located nearby. Also included are the Flachau Card with numerous included benefits, as well as the Mobility Ticket for the state of Salzburg (valid for all public transportation).

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Berg Lodge

Welcome to the Berg Lodge, your accommodation in the mountains, with a private entrance for maximum privacy. Enjoy the spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen and an inviting dining area from which you have a magnificent view of the mountains. The lodge has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

A charming cottage in a Troadkasten look with modern amenities in Alpine style overlooking a beautiful orchard is at your disposal. The 100% wooden house offers every luxury despite minimalist space. The house is in a good location in the top skiing and hiking area of St. Johann im Pongau/Alpine village. The crackling of the wood-burning stove and the processing of old wood offers an alpine feeling.
