Short distance to beach, fjords and mountains with nice hiking areas. 8 km to the municipal center Dale. It will be our pleasure to help suggest activities in the area. We live in the house close by and it is possible to borrow a cot and enough toys and equipment if desired.

Modernized cabin next to the fjord

This recently modernized cabin is located in Hellevika in Fjaler, just 50 meters from the fjord. The original part is an Ål cabin from the 1970s, while the extension with a bedroom and bathroom was recently completed. The plot is sunny with a great view of the Dalsfjord and the sea gap. In the photos in the listing, you can see among other things the popular hiking destination Alden, also called "Den Norske Horse". In summer, there are many great swimming areas nearby, including on the pier just below the cabin.

The old house at Solnes Gard

Part of duplex on active farm. We are the third generation to run the farm after my husband's grandparents got the farm as a wedding gift. Here you get to stay in the original farmhouse from about 1950. We live in the other part of the residence ourselves. Cozy place, fully furnished and with everything you need for shorter or longer stays. We have 7 alpacas and many goats on the farm, you can join in the care if we have the opportunity in a busy everyday life.
