Just an hour away are theme parks, sporting events and Gulf Beaches. Also, a straight shot to the State Fair and Strawberry Festival. Convenient to airports and hospitals.

Bring your boats, jetskis, Kayaks, water toys, fishing rods, etc. Riverview Civic Center and Boat Ramp is literally a couple of blocks away from the property and trailer parking is available at the property. If it’s your lucky day, you will see manatees, dolphins, snook, redfish and stingrays right from the dock. Excellent fishing, restaurants and nightlife all on the river or by vehicle.

We're centrally located 35 minutes to the airport/Tampa city limits, 16 minutes to apollo beach, 45 to 50 minutes to Sarasota or St. Peterburg (all these are est. without traffic). We are family orientated because we have a family ourselves - toys, and kids' strollers are available. High speed Wifi and a table to do your work with a view of our lake are available. Mini Cozy Cottage

This memorable place is where you can relax. We have a lot of fun around here, such as the beaches, mainly one of them is in Sarasota Anna Maria, and it is close to 6 miles a Tiki Docks River Bar where you can enjoy as a couple. Where you stay is a small house that is located in the courtyard of the main house. This place is private and independent and please do not throw papers in the toilet to avoid clogging thanks.

The Stilt House by Strawberry Fields!

555 square foot house overlooking 30 acres of strawberry fields and trees. Extra guest fee is $20 per person per night after 2. Dogs are allowed with pre-approval. NO cats allowed. There is a $50 pet cleaning fee. Yes you will have the house to yourself. I stay in another house on the same property so I’ll generally be around if you have any questions or issues.
