Family-friendly tiny house with garden

This cozy apartment is in the Swabian style. Two people, even with a child (2), will find everything they need for a break in a small space (also 3 adults+1 child). There is a fully equipped kitchenette. The guest can adjust the heating himself. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, naturally warm water, washing machine, view of the countryside. In addition to the pull-out sofa bed (160 x 200) downstairs, there is another bed (100 x 200) on the gallery as well as a cot (70 x 160).

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Staudentraum vacation home

The approx. 65 m² apartment is located in the basement in a newly built detached house on a hillside. It has its own entrance and is barrier-free. The apartment is equipped with a double bedroom and closet, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living and dining area with fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and sofa bed, as well as a guest toilet. The hillside location opens up a spacious terrace with a carport in the south, which invites you to relax and barbecue.

Quiet yet everything is within easy reach

Take the whole family to this great home with room for fun and entertainment. On request, we can also style the bed covers in a slightly more fun way (see photos). Of course, we also have firefighters, princesses, dinosaurs, etc., if your children request them. Please let me know in advance :-) And in October, things get spooky in the apartment too. We're trying to make it look as spooky as possible. No one should say it was boring with us ;-)

Dream accommodation in the trees with birdsong and leaf rustling in the Augsburg-Westliche Wälder Nature Park for a maximum of 2 adults or families with 2 children. In our high-quality and stylish tree house, which is furnished with a lot of love for detail, you will find an enchanting retreat for rest and relaxation. From the loft bed you can watch the starry sky and the forest animals. A special experience is also our own dairy goats.

Oriental Tent @ Lebenshofalpacas

The first rays of the sun gently wake you up, the alpacas are grazing around you. The waterproof and windproof tent protects you from all weather conditions. In the comfortable double bed you wake up completely relaxed, the chest offers enough space for all your things. A small gas stove is available for coffee in the morning. The fully equipped bathroom is just a few meters away, of course you can also use our outdoor shower.

Studio apartment/vacation apartment - bright spot

Stay in the stylish and quietly located studio apartment in the heart of Gersthofen. The apartment offers an attractive location with good access to the A8 highway to Munich, Ulm and Stuttgart. Shopping is within walking distance. The adventure pool "Titania" with its large sauna area is minutes away, as is the center of Augsburg. LEGOLAND can also be easily reached in 25 minutes.

The approx. 45 m² attic apartment with gallery is centrally located and very quiet between the main train station (1.7 km) and the university hospital (2.5 km). Two bus stops (32 and 35) are in the immediate vicinity and take you to Königsplatz in 10 minutes. The bright apartment also features a French balcony. Shops serving everyday needs are within walking distance.

Relax in our little paradise. The exceptional tiny house has a large terrace with stunning views of the natural garden. Surrounded by birdsong, goats, chickens, and our collie, you can enjoy country life. Dolce vita, just relax. In winter, there is no running water!!A water can is available. Please note! In the cottage next door is the dry toilet and infrared cabin.

In the heart of Memmingen is our apartment on a quiet street in the Gerberviertel. In less than three minutes on foot along the city stream, you are in the old town and can enjoy the variety of shops, restaurants and cafes there. The train station and bus station as well as taxis are a four-minute walk away.
