Two bedroom, one bathroom private poolside suite in Fire Island Pines with a large private living room and kitchen. Private entrance with a view of the pool. Three minute walk from the harbor and three minute walk to the beach. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other a bunk bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and Toto washlet. Shared hot tub, 91 degree heated pool, and outdoor shower. Shared roof deck with a 360 degrees view of the Pines. Small gym beneath the house. New construction (2018).

Location Location Location! This newly appointed modernist home resides directly on the Bay and is three blocks east of town...only five minutes from shopping and nightlife. The house is also on a direct 2 minute walk to the Ocean and its Bay views are spectacular! The unit features nine foot sliding glass doors that open sixteen feet wide leading you from the living space to the sprawling Bayfront cedar deck, it's an amazing indoor/outdoor experience.

The home was originally designed in 1960, inspired by one of Horace Gifford’s earliest floor plans. The house has been recently updated in 2024 with contemporary finishes while preserving the stunning mid-century modern aesthetic. All furniture and beds are brand new for your comfort.

The DEN-I-ZEN House with Ocean Views - FI Pines

This is the DEN-I-ZEN House in Fire Island Pines. Our home has a communal vibe that offers privacy and space for between 8-10 people. Two rooms have bunks and there are 2 full shared baths in the center of the house. Lounge spaces on two outdoor deck areas plus a platform on the adjacent lot with a hot tub. This south facing home has ocean views and sounds plus sun all day long with a wall of windows.

Classic Yacht in the Fire Island Pines

(4-6 guests)We would love to share our beautiful yacht with you at the Pines. Both sunrise and sunset views are breathtaking from the yacht. We are close to town yet in a private location. It is the perfect spot for the Pines Party weekend! (We can discount the weekend fee to $750 for four guests, and $600 for weekdays) We do three hour sunset cruises as well for an additional fee. 🌅
