La Mason dl'Ansiva - Baita nel Gran Paradiso

“La casa del bucato” è stata così chiamata perché è posizionata nelle vicinanze del lavatoio che un tempo (e qualche volta ancora oggi) veniva usato dalle donne del borgo per fare il bucato, “l’ansiva” appunto. Questa piccola ma accogliente casa, completamente accessibile, curato nei minimi dettagli per cullarvi nella suggestione montana, è costituita da un unico ambiente che ospita un letto matrimoniale, un angolo cottura e un bagno e affaccia su l’area esterna attrezzata adibita a solarium.

We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

"Casa Morenica": La Cementina

"Casa Morenica" è uno stabile del 1900, situato a Montalto Dora, sulla via Francigena, a 2km da Ivrea. Ristrutturato nel 2023, composto da due stanze separate, adibite ad affitta-camere. Dista circa 50km da Torino e 60km da Aosta. Raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Ivrea, in 30 minuti e 15 in bicicletta. La zona del "Parco dei 5 laghi" inizia a poche centinaia di metri, risalendo verso il castello. A meno di due minuti: due ristoranti, due bar e una pizzeria da asporto.

Strategic location for trekking and skiing (50 minutes by car to the nearest ski resorts). Train station is a 15-minute walk away, easy access to the highway and free parking area nearby. Turin is 40 km away. Several possibilities for sports activities nearby: mountain biking, trekking, climbing, kayaking. Or simply enjoy a moment of relaxation on the balcony.

Dimentica ogni preoccupazione ed immergiti nella pace di Loranze'. La nostra struttura dispone di una camera doppia con bagno privato. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario per la colazione e gli utensili per cucinare. Siamo immersi nel verde del bosco che ci circonda quasi totalmente ed a soli 15 minuti da Ivrea: città industriale del xx secolo, realizzata da Adriano Olivetti (patrimonio UNESCO). La nostra posizione risulta strategica per visitare Torino o la valle d' Aosta.

Alloggio comodo e accogliente

Soggiorna in un alloggio comodo e tranquillo ad Ivrea, quartiere San Giovanni. L'alloggio è al secondo piano di una palazzina a tre piani, di fronte ad un grande giardino e zona alberata. Ha un ampio salotto con zona pranzo, una cucina, due bagni, e due stanze da letto. Ha anche un piccolo balcone , fiorito d'estate. A dieci minuti da Ivrea e laghi, sotto casa c'è una fermata bus, alimentari e bar pizzeria da asporto.

Monolocale zona centrale

Monolocale, adatto a una o due persone, massimo 3 in caso eccezionali (divano letto). Adatto ai bambini. Grazie alla sua posizione strategica, questo spazio offre facile accesso a tutte le attrazioni locali. Particolarmente indicato per accesso all'ospedale (50 mt.) e per muoversi in zona centrale a piedi o con la macchina. Parcheggio gratuito comunale vicino l'appartamento.

The apartment is inside a historic complex, dating back to around 1700. The entrance is on a large courtyard with a cobblestone floor. Two flor flat with lot's of light, nicely furnished, private terrace. Strategically located along the road to the Aosta Valley. Two free parking spaces 30 and 200 meters from the apartment. Possibility of indoor bicycle parking available.
