Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

The apartment (26 sqm) has a modern shower bath, a small kitchen with stove/oven and is equipped with WIFI, TV and Bluetooth Hifi. Good public transport to Mainz city (25 min) and university (20 min). The forest near and invites you to jog and relax. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Free parking in front of the house. Long term renters are welcome! Rent is discounted staggered at 1 week/4weeks.

Hoher Anspruch an Design und Materialien sowie ein atemberaubender Blick aus dem Panoramaschlafzimmer lassen keine Wünsche offen. Das verglaste Schlafloft mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Die schwebende Küchenzeile, ein Outdoor-Badezimmer, eine umfassende Bibliothek und viele versteckte Details sorgen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Cottage in beautiful Hattenheim

The cottage (about 70 square meters) is a converted barn and is listed as a monument. It is surrounded by vineyards, wineries, restaurants and only a 5-minute walk to the Rhine. Basically, it is only suitable for 2 people. The cottage is fully equipped with a washing machine/dryer, soda streamer, internet-enabled TV, Wi-Fi, lounge furniture on the terrace and many extras. Pets are welcome :-) I have hardly any reviews because the cottage was permanently rented.
