Ample private off-street parking, boats & trailers welcome. KnollTop is perfect for boaters, motorcyclists, car enthusiasts & travelers of all kind. Wheelchair/walker friendly. Please note, there are bee hives on site.

We have no dock or boat hoist and are unable to accommodate power boats of any kind.

Beautiful, spacious, spotless, Studio apt. w/ updated kitchen & bathroom (tub & shower) & bamboo floors. The queen size bed is partially separated from the living room by a breakfast counter. Living room has 2 daybeds. Entire space sleeps 4. Excellent WiFi & Cable TV. I will leave good quality bread, eggs, coffee & other breakfast items for you to cook. Pls. note that price will automatically reflect a fee of $30 per night for each additional guest after the first 2 guests.
