A beatiful apartment to stay in Alassio. Direct view on the beach and sea. We enjoyed it a lot and will come back!

the house is very nice, equipped with everything you need, double bathroom, air conditioning. The location is great for both the sea and the amenities, two minutes by clock and you are on the beach! Despite being in the center, it remains quiet because it overlooks an internal courtyard. Jessica is very kind and helpful. Really great for Diano the value for money.

Large and very comfortable apartment very well heated and nicely decorated the proximity to the road and train did not bother us we always found a parking space in front of the house we would gladly come back to this apartment

Excellent solution in the center of Finale Marina, a stone's throw from the seafront, the beaches and the main square, and despite being in the center, the apartment is super quiet and you can't hear noises. Maria Grazia is very kind and helpful and communication was effective. Very nice apartment with two bedrooms, a nice kitchenette, a living room and a beautiful terrace to enjoy in the warm months. The apartment is top notch in a beautiful house right on the sea. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea and the beach in front of the house. We felt very comfortable. It should be noted that the apartment is located directly under the roof on the third floor without an elevator. However, this was no problem for us and the staircase already offers a nice flair, which is surpassed by the apartment. At summer outdoor temperatures of 35 degrees, the air conditioning has served well. It is advisable to reserve a parking space in advance or use the public parking lot about 8 minutes' walk away. We liked it very much, we will be happy to come back.

Even more beautiful apartment than the photos and description, the only thing is the noise due to the collection of the trash can in front of the street but bearable. Very important parking spot. Everything is very clean and tidy. Accurate and available owners. We'll definitely be back soon because it's really a gem near the sea and downtown.

We spent our autumn holidays in Sergio's apartment and it was all perfect. Sergio was waiting for us personally, and explained everything. The apartment is spotlessly clean, perfectly equipped, everything worked. The view is breathtaking and it is a perfect base for hiking, biking, diving, etc. Sergio is a very likeable person and we got along well right away. See you soon in beautiful Bergeggi!

Gemma and Federico are incredible heart people and warmly welcomed us. The apartment is spacious and partially newly renovated. The two go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the house is not far from the beach, restaurants are within walking distance. We had a great time, thanks!

We had a great time at Tatiana's house. The view of the harbor is beautiful and there are numbers of good quality restaurants right below the house and the supermarket is less than ten minutes away. There's a pedestrian walk on the beachfront. Tatiana was very kind even though we couldn't meet her (maybe next time).

A few steps from the sea and the center of Cogoleto (which can be reached with a pleasant walk), Raffaella's apartment is a small jewel. We really felt right at home, with all the necessary amenities. There's really nothing missing! The sofa bed is also spacious and comfortable. All necessary information is provided. Very quiet and green area, nice and kind neighbors. Raffaella and Aldo were available during our stay and friendly, we will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone.

The area where it is located is convenient as you have all the useful amenities such as grocery stores, bars, and restaurants nearby and is a 10-minute walk from the sea. The host is very attentive to give the necessary instructions and super responsive in responding to messages if you have any questions or concerns.
