Monthly Rentals in Fillmore County

We loved our stay at Uncle Tom's Farmhouse! We have family in Sutton and the home is located just 10 minutes from town. (and 5 minutes from Grafton - which is much smaller than Sutton). The house is very comfortable, plenty cool despite the warm summer weather. The surroundings are absolutely stunning, if you're a fan of Nebraska like we are. Beautiful pasture and a huge sky, gorgeous sunsets. We befriended the two cats, and loved seeing the goats and cows on the property. It was such a peaceful space for us, a welcome escape from our home in Chicago. Very serene. We will be back!

This was a quick stop in our road trip and we had such a great experience here. Very cozy and comfortable home, my husband and I enjoyed our stay here.

Rebecca was very friendly and helpful. I needed a bed and shower at the last minute and she was able to accommodate me. The home was more than I needed but very comfortable and easy to find. Also had off street parking.

The stay was great for my family of 5 - 3 kids ages 2-7. We felt very safe and it was a good walking distance for pool and park. And a good driving distance for kids things to do in nearby towns. Will stay again if back in the area!
