Small apartment very convenient for all access. Annecy lake 2 steps away by car. We had a great stay at Cindy and Yoan's, very responsive to our requests.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was also good—only one stop away from Annecy on the train

Beautiful new apartment, faithful to the photos. Extremely clean, tidy, well arranged and well decorated. Nothing is missing. The apartment is located a 20-minute walk from the lake in a very quiet neighborhood. Garage is a plus. As for Virginie, a very responsive and friendly person, it was a great pleasure to interact with her! I recommend this apartment 200%. Thank you for all your little attentions and all your advice. We will return on our next trip to Annecy!

Very good stay in Benoit and Estelle's accommodation, ideally located a few metres from the lake and the historic centre! Special mention for the essential garage if you come by car. Comfortable bedding, I recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

This place is just perfect! There were 2 of us for a 3-day stay and we didn't want to go back home because we felt so at home. It's spacious enough for 2 people, clean and well maintained, there's everything you need in the accommodation, I was perhaps just missing a microwave but not disturbing. The decor and the surroundings seduced us and Muriel was very accommodating and pleasant. I recommend it! 😊

We just had a lovely stay at the Semnoz apartment in Sevrier. Everything we found on arrival was as described and as per the photos. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, is really clean and tidy, is easy to move in to on holiday, has amazing views and provides most (if not all) of the things you would expect to need on holiday! The local neighbourhood is quiet and felt extremely safe and the location of the apartment is ideal for using the lake and exploring the local area. We highly recommend boating on the lake, paragliding off the col de Forclaz, and choosing your time of day to cycle on the cycle path carefully, as it gets a little busy!!

We've had a wonderful time at Jeanne's place. It is cozy and clean, well situated in a calm street, with a private parking spot. Public transport to the center is within easy walking distance. Jeanne is a very friendly and reactive host. I will come back and highly recommend the place!

We had a great stay at the Maison Forestière, which is ideally located for hiking and outdoor activities. The environment is very quiet and pleasant. The accommodation is impeccable and very well equipped. The house is well laid out: the large living room with open kitchen is friendly, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The terrace is a real plus. Thanks to Éric and Dominique, who were flexible and available to us when needed. We recommend it without hesitation!

We had a great stay, it was easy to get around by car to visit the city of Annecy, also there was free relay parking, it's ideal. It's great for walking or cycling. Lots of amenities around the house (grocery store, restaurants, bike rental). The house was as seen in the photos, everything was very clean and tidy. Also very nice welcome on arrival by the host!

This place is pure French countryside magic. It starts with the pathway up to the home. You’ve past breathtaking scenery and end up on an authentic gravel path. Just when you question if you’re in the right place, you come up the drive to heaven. The place is very clean and we truly enjoyed the gifts that the hosts left us. The bottle of champagne, the artisanal sausage, the freshly picked walnuts and currants made our stay so warm and friendly. The main room w/ kitchen and living room made for great conversation as we planned our next day’s activities. Thank you for allowing us to rent your place.

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

Mireille's welcome is very pleasant and her studio is filled with lovely and useful touches. Very bright, with the head in the trees, it is very easily accessible from the train station, very close to the lake (halfway between the two beaches) and close to the old town. If you are sensitive to traffic noise, you may want to consider Quies balls because the beautiful road along the lake is quite busy. Nevertheless, this is not likely to spoil the stay in this nice studio. Mireille is responsive and facilitates her guests' stay as much as possible.

Fabulous place , friendly host ,within walking distance of the best boulangerie in the area ,the beach ,the lake and the local restaurants , on a voie verte , with parking , super garden for outdoor eating , lovely accommodation . Hope to go there again if we need accommodation in the area
