Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

we are in the "Alta Garrotxa" , an area of outstanding natural beauty. Situated in the North east of "Catalunya". Perfect for hiker's and cyclists. For visiting medieval villages and towns, the volcanic area of the Garrotxa , Girona city, the Mediterranean sea, great local food. Hiking and cycling routes are varied and offer different levels of difficulty. Our house is good for people who want to reconnect with nature, do sport. Ca la Conxita is a fantastic village house in Les Escaules, a village of about 100 inhabitants, a few kilometers from Figueres. The house has 3 bedrooms: two double and 1 single. A full kitchen with a terrace exit with a barbecue. A large living room (with fireplace) and dining room overlooking the Castle. On the ground floor: the private mini pool to cool you down. The tranquility and silence of the village will allow you to enjoy nature to the fullest around the La Muga River.

El Paller de Ca l 'Escrivà (Capmany, Alt Empordà)

House located in the center of the wine village of Capmany (Alt Empordà-Costa Brava). Located 14 kilometers from Figueres and 10 kilometers from the French border. It's also 25 kilometers to Costa Brava's beaches. From the village you can make BTT circuits and hike and follow megalithic routes. Big parties are not allowed, but barbecues are allowed with family and friends. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, families, and big groups.

Ideal for couples and families, to disconnect and spend a few quiet and relaxing days, or to telecommute. Sleeps 6 but ideal for 4, two rooms are loft type. Very well lit, it faces south and has windows in all rooms, each window is like a Mediterranean painting. The street where it is located is very quiet and dead-end, only the neighbors use it.
