Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

No tv. the settee converts in a bed for a 3 rd person, it is right in the center of town, with all amenities close by. in the center, parking is paying. but I will send you info on where you can park for free 10 mins walk. Airbnb keeps 18.91% of the rental price as its commission. Room and bathroom newly restaured.

Hiking and cycling routes are varied and offer different levels of difficulty. Our house is good for people who want to reconnect with nature, do sport. Super cozy house completely renovated

In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.

Beautiful Mediterranean house with lots of charm and stunning views of the entire Bay of Roses. Ideal for couples and families, to disconnect and spend a few quiet and relaxing days, or to telecommute. Sleeps 6 but ideal for 4, two rooms are loft type. Very well lit, it faces south and has windows in all rooms, each window is like a Mediterranean painting. The street where it is located is very quiet and dead-end, only the neighbors use it.
