Our unique home is located on the southern part of Gotland— a modern take on the Gotland barn, built from burnt spruce and untreated concrete, with large glass sections that blur the line between indoors and outdoors. You'll find peace and quiet here straight away. You can swim in the 32-degree pool, cook using local ingredients, and let the evenings unfold at your own pace. The house is completely self-sufficient in terms of electricity, using solar panels and batteries. We're happy to share a place that, for us, represents peace, connection and the joy of living – and we hope you'll feel the same.

Beautiful limestone house on southern Gotland

Fride is a typical Gotland farm from the 18th century. The house is carefully renovated with many charming details such as tiled stove or fireplace in all rooms, two lovely bathrooms with bath and shower. In the kitchen, there is a dining area. On the lower floor, there is a dining room and a games room. The garden is large, with mature trees, a spacious terrace with a dining table and grill, a pizza oven, a playhouse, swings, and a trampoline. The garden consists of several "rooms", breakfast, evening drink and sunbathing area can be in different locations. A stone wall surrounds the yard.

Pastoral Places

Wing on a farm with lambs and meat animals (cows with calves). The farm is located near the coast, in the middle of lush meadows and pastures with about 1.5 - 2 km walking distance to the sea. The accommodation is perfect for families with children and also great for birdwatchers as the farm is close to some of Gotland's best birding spots. Guests are responsible for bed linens and towels. The guest cleans and leaves the place in the same condition as it was in when they arrived. Bicycles are available in the yard to borrow. Kitchen and bathroom were newly renovated in 2022.

Fiskarstuga on Sudret

This is the place for you if you are looking for a small accommodation for you and your partner or friend. We recommend a maximum of 2 guests. Fiskarstugan in Fide is an excellent accommodation for those who want to explore Sudret's beautiful views. A short walk from the cottage village, you will find Fide Adventure Village, which is appreciated by both adults and children. There is a playground, waffles and coffee. Don't miss their pizza! If you continue past the Adventure Village, you will come to the sea pool, a project to oxygenate the bay. A dip for the brave!

A modern cabin with 6 beds in a beautiful cultural landscape surrounded by meadows and oak forests. The house has many balconies, so just choose the one that suits you. The evening sun is wonderful! The house has all the amenities you will need such as a dishwasher and washing machine, barbecue grill and stable Wi-Fi. You clean up after yourself after your stay and you have to bring your own bed linens and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. Southern Gotland offers magical environments with sandy beaches, limestone stacks and a rich cultural life.

Nice 21 sqm fishing cabin, small and well-planned. Double bed (160 cm) and a kitchen sofa that is used as a single bed / can be made into a double bed (160 cm). One adult or two younger children can sleep comfortably on the kitchen sofa. Kitchenette with microwave (no oven), tiled bathroom, and patio with outdoor furniture. Adjacent to Burgsviken's Strandby is Fide Äventyrsby, where children play in a lovely environment for SEK 45/day. Free parking. During peak season, there is an ocean pool in Burgsviken, 3 minutes from the cottage. Magical sunsets.

Old brewery converted into a comfortable practical accommodation for 2 people. South-facing patio with fantastic views and barbecue. 9000 sqm fenced plot. Forest walks around the corner, 5 km to the swimming lake and 7 km to Ljugarn's long beaches, shops and restaurants. Modern, fully-equipped kitchen. Shower with underfloor heating, hot water for 2 people (normal use). Double bed 180 cm + 70 cm wide extra bed. Final cleaning is included. Sheets & towels are not included, can be rented. Limestone house close to the sea and culture.

Rebuilt and newly renovated forge in limestone located on the small parish road in Grötlingbo, next to the medieval Kattlunds Museum Farm. The house is part of our farm building where you have two separate patios. The lower floor has a living room with limestone floors with underfloor heating and a large fireplace. A smaller kitchen area that is fully equipped and a bedroom with two beds in a bunk bed. The upper floor has a double bed with the possibility of an extra bed. Newly-built bathroom in extension with separate entrance.

Forget all everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful home. A traditional Gotland farm by the sea, alone located at the end of the headland. View from the windows out over the sea and shore meadows. Adjacent to a nature reserve with many different birds, great for bird watching! The sea is just a few steps away, hike through the meadows with wild flowers, the long beach with untouched soft sand, stretches one km. The surroundings, the light, the sky – especially the stars at night – the "Milky Way".

With a 5-minute walk to the sea or a 5-minute drive to Sweden's best golf course, this beautiful villa from 2016 is the perfect accommodation for both families who want sun and swimming and golfers who want to play at Visby Golf Club.
