A brand new mountain apartment with a generous layout 3+kk (52m2) is located in the immediate vicinity of the Klínovec Ski Resort (250m to the ski lift). The apartment has 2 bedrooms for 2+2 people, a living room with a large sofa, a kitchen with all the amenities, a dishwasher, a microwave and a classic oven, a TV and a bathroom with a shower. The advantage is the luxurious environment of the apartment and the above-standard terrace of 23m2 from which there is a beautiful and undisturbed view of the Loučná valley. This place offers a relaxing and undisturbed relaxation.

A sensitively reconstructed attic overlooking nature and a hot tub on the terrace (extra charge) and a home cinema. We will be happy to lend you our place. The entire space, including the terrace, will be available to you. We will help you plan a trip and discover the beauty of the Ore Mountains. We take care of our place with love and care. Výhledy si můžete vychutnat při posezení na balkoně nebo při snídani. Apartmán je v pěší vzdálenosti od Skiareálu Klínovec. V zimě si můžete užít lyže, od jara do podzimu trail park, cyklistiku a pěší turistiku v překrásné přírodě. Vezměte prosím na vědomí že od vás bude požadována povinná turistická taxa, která činí 50,- Kč za každou noc pro osobu starší 18 let.

V mrazivých dnech se není čeho bát, nová kachlová kamna maringotku krásně vytopí a voda nepoteče z vodovodu, ale bude pro vás i tak nachystána😊 Po dohodě je možné zajištění snídaně do košíku s doručením.

We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

Relax in this special and quiet place. Enjoy the mountain air, relax in nature or watch the animals. You can walk straight from the house into the forest or go hiking up to the Fichtelberg (Oberwiesenthal). In the house you cook on a kitchen stove with wood, relax in a solid wood family bed (270 x 200 cm) made of stone pine and feel a very special room climate through the clay plaster. Everything is pure nature.

Green cottage under Klínovec

This green house is exceptional in its atmosphere. The interior is a boutique cottage. Most of the furniture is original, only newly renovated. We made the other furniture, such as beds, cabinets and cupboards, by hand together with our best friends. We spent a lot of time, energy and effort on the overall renovation. You just have to experience this place.:)
