Cae Canol Bach provides a lovely romantic get away. Situated on the lower slopes of the Manod mountain you will be surrounded by spectacular views of the valleys flowing towards the sea. This cosy hideaway offers a galleried mezzanine bedroom above an open plan spacious living area with wood burning stove, kitchen and shower room. We allow up to 3 well behaved pets who are NOT tempted by sheep. A 4x4 is required between October and April and recommended between April and October.

Old Quirky Character Cottage - Grade II Listed

A Grade II Listed cottage that is old, quirky, quite unique and very original. If you like cottages with character you will love this. If you like modern, characterless boxes please don't even consider it. It is situated in a very quiet area but only a ten minute walk from the town centre and Ffestiniog Railway in one direction and the Llechwedd Slate Mine and Zip World Complex in the other. You can also walk straight into the mountains from the doorstep.

Traditional 19th Century Slate Miners Cottage

A characterful original slate miner’s cottage dating from the late 1800s. Located in Tanygrisiau, just outside the historic slate-mining town of Blaenau Ffestiniog, the cottage is a short walk from local shops, amenities and the village pub. A narrow-gauge heritage steam railway runs along the bottom of the garden and can be seen from all rear-facing windows. Ideally placed for Llechwedd Slate Caverns, zip wires, mountain biking and mountain walks.
