We had a great time in nature at Serge's. We were hosted very well and enjoyed his special touches. They advised us on places to visit in the area and knows the local history very well. The place is so peaceful that we went around the pendulum!

Gorgeous property, with a stunning house and gardens/outdoor areas. All the amenities you could possibly need are provided, and the location is very quiet. Jill and Hans were fantastic hosts, very friendly and approachable, and quick to answer any queries. We had a lovely week, thanks Jill! x

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, with lovely large garden and good sized pool. The location is very peaceful, but close to the A20 for easy access around the area.

We spent a few days in this lovely Gite and wished we could've stayed longer. Everything you could possibly need for a relaxed holiday was provided. Fantastic hosts and a great location to explore the area. Best boulangerie/patisserie just a short drive away. Loved it

We had such a wonderful stay at Caroline and Tim's lovely property. As soon as we arrived, they were so welcoming and friendly and very attentive throughout our stay - nothing was too much trouble. They even went of their way to provide us a lovely surprise wedding anniversary gift which we were immensely touched by! The accommodation itself was homely yet spacious enough for our family of five. The kitchen was very well equipped and the (very cheerful sounding) washing machine and dishwasher worked perfectly. We utilised the Weber BBQ several times over our 10 days. All the beds were very comfortable and fans for each room were provided. Our kids (11, 10 and 5) spent most of their time in the large and very clean heated pool. The pool area itself was idyllic with plenty of space to move around and chase the sun throughout the day or retreat into the shade. The games room and boule court were superb as was the lovely treehouse. We cannot recommend this property highly enough!

This is a well appointed, comfortable, very spacious holiday home with a very large semi-shaded lot. The cottage is a haven of peace and silence, it is far from other dwellings without being isolated! The total air conditioning of the property is the real "plus" during the heatwave. The Lake of St Pardoux is almost inaccessible in the aftermath of summer because "black of people" so go swimming in the morning (max 15 min. on foot) . We nevertheless found a supervised and pleasant water point in St Martin Terrassus for afternoon swimming. For walkers; we took many (shaded) walks around Lac de St Pardoux and in the surrounding area. The lockbox allows stress-free flexibility for check-in and check-out times, which is nice.
