The outdoor area also has covered porches with 2 separate areas with dining-room and a lovely lounge and an outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Indoor elegance should always be matched with outdoor style and sophistication. The villa flows effortlessly from indoors to outdoors with a flawless cohesion allowing you to make the most of the warm and pleasant climate! Very high qualities that makes this home a real luxury. Our villa is located in the most elite district of Fethiye and is very close to the center, the sea, entertainment, parks and sports areas, and is very close to pharmacies, hospitals, supermarkets and restaurants. Our villa, which has three suite rooms, has a Turkish bath, sauna and a double Jacuzzi in both rooms. In monthly rentals, water, electricity, internet and weekly cleaning are the responsibility of the tenant. The deposit fee is $700 The pools are closed due to weather conditions between November 1 and April 30

Tinton’s House by Şaman

Tinton is a nickname, my brother-in-law's grandfather's nickname. Shaman is the name of our boutique, our first and biggest business in commercial life. The restoration/renovation of the house was completed in October 2022, it was furnished with great care and elegance. A combination of 2 apartments, also used independently, at a central point. You can't drive into the street. You climb 80 steps to the house. Not suitable for those with walking difficulties. Fireplaces are for decoration and are not suitable for use.
