Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ferndown

Great flat. Very clean and welcoming. Close to local restaurants and lovely walks along the quay. Bonus was a secure place to leave our bikes!

Great place to stay, everything was in easy reach and walkable, beach, shops, town centre etc. clean, tidy, comfortable & clear instructions. would stay again.

The property is up to 20 min walk from the rail station, 4 min walk to the nearest grocery store and lots of bars and restaurants, up to 10 min walk to the beach. Peaceful, quiet, and overall nice surroundings. The property itself is very spacious, large kitchen, two toilets and a shower. The living room is massive, with two large sofas, work desk and a spacious balcony overlooking the park, also a view of a church by the side of it. The bedroom is a large en-suite room with lots of storage and a vanity corner. I must highlight that i have not slept on a better mattress, ever. The property has a washing machine and washing powder. In the shower room I also had access to a variety of shower gels and shampoos. The kitchen comes with pretty much anything you may need, even if you decide to bake! The check-in was super smooth, I was greeted on the main road and shown inside. Absolutely superb 3 night solo stay and I will definitely be returning! Highly recommend! 10/10

We love the Southbourne area and have stayed in a number of properties in the area over the years. This has to be the best one in terms of location, spaciousness and quality and range of equipment at the property. The lounge diner is nice and airy, big comfy sofa and chair and smart TV. The kitchen had lots of plates, mugs, glasses etc and lots of pans and utensils. Everything we needed was there. There was a nice welcome hamper with bread, milk, juice, biscuits etc. Bedrooms were bright and airy with comfy beds. Lovely shower in the en-suite! The apartment is close to Fisherman’s Walk, where you can walk down to the beach and promenade. There’s absolutely tonnes to do in the area, which is why we keep coming back, you’re definitely able to find something to suit everyone’s interests, young or old. And then there’s the Lazy Spa and outside area to enjoy after a long day exploring. Thanks Jemma, we had a great stay and would love to stay here again next time!

amazing apartment, stunning views, very clean. would have been nice to have a welcome pack available to show local recommendations for pubs/restaurants, how to use T.V/cooker/microwave (found instructions in a cupboard 1/2 way through stay. Also recycling & general rubbish instructions. As this apartment sleeps 6, felt like it needed another sofa to be comfortable, other than that perfect.

Gaff was spot on, super clean and modern also in a great spot with lots of things to do. recommend! 5/5

We had a great stay at Ruth's place. Everything was as described and the flat was just as good as all the previous reviews have stated. The flat is very near to two pubs - the Spyglass and Kettle and the Commodore. The Spyglass has lovely seating outside and the Commodore has a very good menu. We had some great days out and were able to get the number 70 bus outside the apartment to some of them. Firstly, Hengistbury Head which only takes about 15 mins on the bus. There is a cafe there and another one on the other side where all the posh beach huts are. You can also pick up the same bus there to go to Christchurch which is only about another 10 minutes in the same direction. We also got the same bus into Bournemouth. Other recommendations are: Compton Acres which is a beautiful garden, set in woodland and Harry's Rocks which involves a pleasant one mile walk from Studland Car Park. Fantastic flat in the heart of Lymington, car space very close and easy to find - walking distance to everything. Cosy and stylish, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Plenty of towels and fresh water by the beds - a lovely touch. We will stay again and would highly recommend for a relaxing and comfortable weekend in Lymington.

The house was as described. We were attending a wedding at The Oak Barn wedding venue in Aldebury and it was very close (a 4 minute drive or 1 km walk up the hill along country roads) so suited us perfectly. The house was warm. There was a table on decking outside to eat al fresco, easily accessible through bifold doors. A high chair and cot were also provided. Salisbury cathedral is just under 3 miles away. Check in was easy. All in all we had an excellent stay.

I found Annie Green went above and beyond as a host. She booked us in at last minute due to my family having a medical emergency whilst in Southampton. The property was spotless, tidy and even a bottle of wine and beautiful bag of crisps were left out for us. I would recommend anyone to stay with this family. It was the little touches that made it easy such as crisp bedding, towels, loo rolls, wash products, washing up bits and dishwasher tablets. All the things you need to make a stay easier. This will definitely be our regular place to stay when we have to come up to Southampton. It’s roomy, cosy and quiet. Perfect place to head to if you are in the area. X

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house full of amazing amenities and set in a gorgeous location. The house itself is spacious, comfortable and the perfect environment for a larger group of people. Highly recommend it if you ever come to this area.

Slight concern about parking but easy to unload by front door. Then spaces to park on Durlston Road and in evening there were spaces by front door :-)) moved cars down did not need to move them again so easy departure.

Staying in Victoria's home was amazing. It is a beautiful home, perfect for a group setting and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Every room matched the pictures and descriptions, and the surrounding area was lovely too. Veronica was extremely responsive and answered all of our queries in a timely manner. I would definitely visit again!

A really well located little house. Small but enough room for our little family. Excellent location for the ferry and Yarmouth. Parking is a pain but the local carpark is not far and there is so much to do on the Island you could easily be out for the day or not bring the car. There were a few niggles with the house but Bree communicated really well and was super helpful. It had everything you could need to be self-sufficient for a few days stay. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay here, perfect for a break away from city life! Big shout out to Alex and Rob for being great hosts, they were friendly, responsive and helped us with any difficulties we had. I loved that they had a chimnea, which allowed us to enjoy the beauty of a fire pit and the night sky. There is a river behind the house, which we loved exploring the area of. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful getaway, around nature.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful long weekend at Michelle’s apartment. Everything was spotless. It’s very well equipped, very comfortable and even more spacious than the photos show. The location is ideal - lots to see and explore in the area and easy walking distance to Poole Quay as well as Hamworthy itself. Communication was excellent and directions were very clear, however, on the day we arrived the path to the steps was all cordoned off by the builders so it took us a while to work out how to get in - Michelle wasn’t to know that. We eventually found our way round via the beach gate. We’d love to return next year and can highly recommend the apartment. Thank you.

Bright & clean apartment, brilliantly situated if your going on a cruise like we did. I'm also impressed Christina didn't leave a to do list before you leave, this was a nice touch, as I will always try to leave a place how I found it. Also there is a convenience store on the corner of the building, this proved super handy. I would definitely book again, especially if I'm going on a cruise 👍

A great apartment, with central location and close to New forest, coast, shops, pubs etc. Communication from Lara was outstanding, always replying very quickly. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Steven's apartment was truly great and as described. There was everything you needed for a home meal, and instructions were perfectly clear, which made our arrival and check out hassle free. Overall spotlessly clean. The location was a plus! Would definitely book again! :)

David and Liz were incredibly helpful from the initial booking through to when we had left their property. They even posted a charger that we left behind which was incredibly thoughtful! Nothing was too much bother and nice touches such as a couple of beers and bottle of Prosecco in the fridge make all the difference. The property itself is a fantastic location and within easy reach of the beach and shops. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

We had a really enjoyable mini break. The flat was ideal for us and we loved the way it was decorated and furnished. Thank you to Andreas for being a wonderful host.

Absolutely amazing stay at Samantha's place! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The flat is truly beautiful - the photos don't do justice to how spacious and open the main rooms actually are. The location couldn't be better - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the New Forest. We were able to explore so many beautiful sights all within easy reach. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were new and worked perfectly. We hope to return again soon!
