Very quiet stay! The site is perfect for resting, and taking advantage of to cool off from the heat, as well as being a good place to bake a meat! Near restaurants and a market as well, in addition to having easy access to the center of Asunción. The rooms were impeccable, and I also highlight the care of leaving clean towels for the guests.

Highly recommended, the house is a 10, comfortable with all the amenities to stay a few days and feel at home. Sergio, the owner, is a genius, perfect and quick communication. We came to see Racing in the South American final and we took the cup, so come and stay here!

Very pleasant space. Arquitetura a blend of the ancient with modern. Super complete. Espaçoso I recommend: Just missing garage. It's a renovated old property in the center of the capital Asuncion. Carro was without problems on the street, but there was not always a vacancy.

A beautiful house, with a lot of nature around it. My family and I spent a great weekend there. The host is super attentive and responds instantly to any questions. We would definitely go back. 100/10

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for both short and long stays. For longer stays, just keep in mind that storage space is somewhat limited. There is 24-hour reception, a great rooftop terrace with plenty of seating and chill-out areas, as well as a pool and a barbecue. We always enjoy coming back here. Communication with Ruben and his team is always easy and pleasant.

Without exaggerating, our highlight of the three weeks we were in Paraguay even traveling, it was our stay in First Living. The building is brand new and immaculate while maintaining a very high standard of comfort. The staff at the reception was permanently attentive to guests. The apartment was excellent with a high-end bed (maybe a little hard for some) that gave us the right sleep for every night. The location in the neighborhood villa morra (the new center of Asunción) is ideal in every sense. Very safe and very attractive. We loved being able to walk to all the shopping malls and even to the "café de aquí" (100% recommended) that is just 8min walk away. Some times during the week and weekend there are concerts in nearby bars that last only 2-3 hours that can be heard from the apartment. Everything was perfect. We would definitely go back to the same place.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures: impeccable and with clean note 10. Everything is super new, and the shower is just amazing! The space is fully equipped, with attention to every detail to ensure comfort. Our stay was excellent, and we will definitely return! In addition, host Laura was extremely attentive, providing all the clear instructions on the location, check-in and operation of the apartment. I highly recommend!

The modern and beautiful apartment. An Expectacular use of the space, even though it's small, it doesn't feel like that. It is comfortable, very nice, with smart TV in part and living room to watch series or movies. Modern and useful appliances. Really beautiful. Just keep in mind that below the building there is a bar that is noisy on weekends if you have trouble with that to sleep. It was not my case🫣. The area is beautiful, close to bars, sightseeing, shopping, own parking, amenities that we do not use due to lack of time, and the best thing is a super 24 hours in front. Delivery arrives perfect. I will return safely and recommend to my friends. Better than going to a hotel.
