University/college, restaurants, wine taverns, the Danube and sights are within easy walking distance. Families are very welcome.

Our apartment OCTAVUS in the picturesque wine village of Hohenwarth-Mühlbach am Manhartsberg offers 3 bedrooms with a total of 7 box spring beds. The whole apartment is equipped with free WiFi in each bedroom we offer a Smart TV with private Netflix access. In addition to Nespresso, toaster, dishes, kettle, the fully equipped kitchen, the fully equipped kitchen also offers a starter set of tea and coffee as well as a spacious dining area for 7 guests.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

The Imbach tree house can comfortably accommodate two people. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. The house is located on the edge of Würmla, right next to a dirt road. In Würmla there is a coffee house with a pastry shop, the Gasthaus Burger with home cooking and a nice pub 'Ins Klane'
