Welcome to our late 19th century farmhouse “Basin d’Amor” where you can share your passion for this splendid land, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Our house is located 10 minutes from the center of Asti, 30 minutes from Alba, Roero and Langhe, 30 minutes from Turin, 40 minutes from Barolo. You are surrounded by greenery but only ten minutes from the Asti-Est motorway exit. Located between Asti and Moncalvo, it is an ideal spot. Relax and recharge in this oasis of quiet in the heart of Monferrato.

Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

Immersed in Monferrato, a stone's throw from the A21 highway, it offers an unforgettable experience in the name of calm, quiet and good taste for an extrasensory experience. The Captain's Residence offers, for now, a small apartment consisting of a bedroom and a relaxation room, the latter equipped with a double whirlpool tub, shiatsu massage chair and meditative sessions.

Pian del Mund

Pian del Mund is a small village located at 640 m., nestled in the green hills of Alta Langa among woods, hazelnuts and small vineyards that overlook the Alps, dominated by Monviso. From here you can set off on foot or by bike along one of the stretches of the ancient Via del Sale that runs along the ridge beside the farm campsite, from which you can enjoy beautiful views of the Langhe that change with the seasons. Suite of the former granary at Tenuta San Rocco

Panoramic suite on two levels obtained inside the old granary of the Estate, with breathtaking views of the hills. Inside there is an equipped kitchenette made from a carpenter's bench, a wood-burning fireplace, a hammock, a living area with an armchair and a turntable, and a private Finnish sauna. Despite being independent, the accommodation enjoys all the services of the estate, from catering to relaxation and sports hiking activities.
