Our stay at Yana and Olivier's house was wonderful - a perfect choice for spring: The house and amenities correspond 100% to the pictures and are great for a larger family or friends. We really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor area, but thanks to the huge living area and the great foosball table, we were also able to spend a few days with bad weather. The location of the house is extremely private and safe, but restaurants or the beach are very close and easily accessible. The hosts are very helpful and courteous and always easily accessible. We were able to arrive flexibly in time and were welcomed in a very friendly manner and instructed in the house. The most important information is always available on site, which is also very convenient. Thank you for the lovely holiday!

Very good stay, excellent hosting. Flawless accommodation, very nice with pool and air conditioning. Well located, only downside is that it's near a cooperative and bottling is sometimes noisy but the owners are not to blame.

After a lovely stay two years ago, we rebooked this property again with no hesitation for our next family holiday in the area. The house is well laid out with air conditioning throughout which kept us cool during some high temperatures. The outdoor area is beautiful and spacious, and we were happy just being by the pool all day. I also appreciated that the hosts let me know we could check in early on arrival day if needed, before I even had to ask. Would definitely recommend, and stay again.

We had a very peaceful and relaxing time at the house. The beatiful outside area and pool were a highlight. We also enjoyed the cinema room. The air conditioning was very welcome as it was so hot. It is a very quiet village and amenities are a short drive away. We were really impressed with how responsive the host was.

Stay even better than we expected thanks to the impeccable house, the hospitality, the responsiveness (a faucet replaced in 5 minutes), and Ruth's special touches. The house is just as it appears in the photos: renovated, beautiful and very comfortable. Communication with Carole was quick and efficient at all times. We were surprised that there were no towels included, but upon contacting Carole we provided them immediately at a small surcharge. Overall a good experience

6 years after my first visit, I'm not disappointed. Warm welcome, more than complete starter pack, flexible schedules when possible, pleasant pool. The new Jacuzzi is great. Too bad for the small flush problem but nothing that is spoiled the WE. The beach can be reached on foot in 15 min from the villa.

The house is really quiet, functional and really well placed to enjoy the beach , children's play areas, skate park. Kids also really enjoyed the heated pool!! A real plus . A very charming house in a spectacular setting. Very well located to explore Carcassonne, Narbonne and several beautiful villages in the area. The place is comfortable, well equipped and perfect to relax. We came from a family trip and felt right at home.

Marc and Isabelle's vacation home exceeded our expectations! It was very comfortably furnished, especially the pool was used by our children every day! The annex (bedroom+bathroom) separated from the main house was a highlight for the eldest! Isabelle and Marc were very hospitable and gave valuable tips on the surroundings/excursion destinations/restaurants etc.! We would rent the house again at any time and can recommend it in the best conscience!

Sarah is very warm and welcoming, with quick responses to any questions during our stay. The place is clean, neat, and well-maintained. You don’t even need to stay indoors—the garden is a lovely spot to relax and enjoy.

The setting is very pleasant, quiet with the large pool and parking space. The welcome is warm and allows you to have the instructions, and the tips for visits, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed our stay, during which we shone to visit Carcassonne, Narbonne, Gruissan, Collioure, Minerve and many more. Regarding the accommodation, the separate toilet from the bathroom is a real plus. There are the essentials on site (washing machine and hanging rack, kitchen accessories, tea towels...).

We had a dreamy weekend with the family (14 people) in Casajuma, only the sun was missing. Warm welcome. Christophe is very accommodating. Description according to the advertisement. Nothing was missing. Everything is perfect. I recommend it. We'll be there again. Thank you Christophe. ;

It was simply perfect for our extended family holiday! Hosts were great and provided lots of information that we found super helpful. Great location and house. Would definitely recommend and consider visiting again. I can’t praise this place and the hosts enough!

We had a wonderful stay at the casa. The house and its exteriors are even more pleasant than in the photos, the details are very neat, it feels like home. The pool is fabulous! An outdoor shower is available, which is perfect for hygiene. We are a 5-minute drive from the beach, 5 minutes from the center of Vias, 15-20 minutes from Cap d'Agde (bikes are also available). Melanie was very responsive and available. You can feel through the decoration of the house and in the exchanges that the hosts are open and caring. A welcome booklet was waiting for us when we arrived with a lot of advice and special touches (candies, hair ties, drinks). We were a family of 6 and everyone was able to find their place and have their space, we recommend 100% the accommodation that appealed to young and old.

Unforgettable stay in this very functional house that inspires tranquility, zen and happiness. You feel so good in this house! An interesting geographical location, a beautiful swimming pool, a superb barbecue, a neat decor and all the necessary amenities for a flawless stay whatever your tastes or age. Very nice little house, very nice pool and terrace, charcoal barbecue to enjoy beautiful quiet evenings. The house is in a small hamlet about ten minutes from the nearest shops, we really enjoyed the calm and the surrounding landscapes. The house is brand new, well-equipped and very clean. Nathalie was very kind, always responsive, our stay was really excellent.

The home is located in a quiet and peaceful area, it is very close to the beach and was in pristine condition. It was also very well equipped, whether in the kitchen or bathroom.
