Villa holiday rentals in Félines-Minervois

A fabulous few days spent relaxing with friends in a comfortable well appointed house. It had everything we needed - big table to eat at , plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, chilled courtyard space with options to be out , in or halfway. V close to the shop and bistro. The trains weren’t running but easy driving to Carcassonne and Limoux. Thanks again Olivier.

The place is exactly as described in the pictures and very tastefully decorated. You immediately feel comfortable. Isabell is a great hostess and responded very quickly to all inquiries. The house is highly recommended, always happy to come back.

Villa was amazing and exceeded expectations. The pool was a great size, there was plenty of space for the nine of us and the hosts were excellent.

The Gîte des Oliviers is simplicity combined with elegance, rusticity combined with comfort. This pretty restored house reflects our hosts: pleasant, welcoming, warm. The human encounter with Nathalie, Christophe and one of their sons, as well as the landscape, the daily sunshine, the services in accordance with the photos and their descriptions, contributed to our stay going wonderfully! We also enjoyed the welcome gifts from the family production (Lucques olives, wines, olive oil)... A treat and a pleasure to give! Thank you very much! Looking forward to seeing you again!

Great villa, well stocked, and with a heated pool from our arrival at 29 degrees. A friendly welcome and very flexible and quick hosts to answer our questions! A pleasant stay and the feeling of having been at home! :)

Perfection doesn’t come easy, and I rarely overpraise — but I can say with absolute delight that this place exceeded every expectation... We were a group of 17 celebrating my 50th birthday, with 8 children aged 9–13 and 9 adults. The house accommodated us all with ease and comfort...The Room layout is a bit funny in places but worked fine for us.. We barely left the house, apart from the occasional shopping trip or vineyard visit. We cooked large meals daily using both the indoor and outdoor kitchens, both brilliantly equipped and practical. There were endless seating areas to gather, relax, eat, drink, and laugh while soaking in the stunning views and sunsets ... Highlights, Impressive facilities, ice machine and bar, heated saltwater pool, countless games for the kids (and adults!), tennis tournaments, hide-and-seek, ice baths beside the Jacuzzi, and evenings around the firepit toasting marshmallows 🔥 like luxury camping, with the soundtrack of nature all around. #whatatreat

We had an unforgettable stay in this little paradise in the middle of nature to celebrate my 30th birthday with a dozen friends. The rooms are spacious, each with their own bathroom. The living spaces are carefully and modernly equipped. And the pool is just amazing, overlooking the fields. I will not hesitate to come back for my next birthdays 😊

We had a great weekend with 17 people! The house is spacious and the exteriors too. The many bathrooms are very popular for large groups. The kitchen is very well equipped. Hosts are responsive. In short, excellent value for money! I highly recommend! Thank you for this stay!

This place is paradise. Christophe and Christine could not have been more helpful or kind. This place is definitely the best Airbnb I have stayed in and we were all so sad to leave. It is decorated and maintained to exceptional standards. We all loved it.

Perfect stay! Sinan is an exceptional host, very welcoming and available. His tips on restaurants and local things to do were valuable. We felt right at home. We were pleasantly surprised by the charm of this house. Everything was thought out for our comfort, from kitchen amenities to plush towels. A real cocoon. Located in a quiet area, the accommodation is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The proximity to shops and restaurants is a real plus. i highly recommend it

When one imagines securing a well appointed, safe, comfortable, accommodating and ideally located place to truly relax or explore the delights of the southern Occitanie region from, Marc & Isabelle’s offering should definitely be on their mind. From very effective host communication, solid directions :) & a flexible approach all the way through to supporting us getting settled in, finding places we need as part of getting comfortable etc, we felt supremely well taken care of. The property itself is very well appointed & looks exactly as depicted in the app; it’s an excellent AirBnB for those who want to relax in comfort & privacy with a superb array of mod-cons. Everyone in our group was very impressed. Thoughtful and clever touches abound across the entire modern property & we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone (family or a group of friends) - it’s a gem are likely going to return to! This was a great house surrounded by beautiful scenery close to the centre of the village. The host was very friendly and welcomed us warmly. We had a great stay .

Nothing! That's what's missing in this accommodation! Angelique's welcome was perfect, she was available and very adaptable for us. The accommodation is impeccable and everything is there to have a great time with family or friends. The cold drinks on arrival were very much appreciated. Everything was thoughtfully and superbly decorated. The exterior is beautiful, between the pool, the jacuzzi, the trampoline for the children, everyone finds something for themselves. The environment is very quiet and you can go for short walks from the house. The icing on the cake was that our dogs were welcome.

The house is superb: spacious, bright, with large comfortable rooms, a huge living room ideal for meeting with family or friends, not to mention the pool and jacuzzi that made us happy.
