Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace and your own private garden. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.

Located in the centre, you can reach the main square as well as the hip Lendplatz in 5 minutes on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. In the middle of life, the accommodation is nevertheless quietly located and invites you to live and/or work.

The 36 m2 log cabin has a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, an anteroom and a bathroom. In front of it is a large terrace where you can see the flowing mill and are surrounded by lots of nature. The public bus to downtown is about 700 m away, and you can park your car and bicycles directly at the property.
