Villa holiday rentals in Felanitx

Die Villa ist ein einziger Traum. Wir haben wirklich jede Sekunde vor Ort genossen. Traumhaft!!! Marsha ist eine grandiose Gastgeberin und hat uns immer blitzschnell geantwortet. Auch Salvador vor Ort bekommt ein großes Lob. Besonders der Blick aufs Meer sowie die beiden Pools sind wahnsinnig schön. Generell ist die Lage der Villa ebenfalls sehr positiv und man kann vieles unternehmen, auch wenn wir die Zeit am liebsten vor Ort verbrachten, weil es so schön dort ist. Die Zeit ging viel zu schnell zu Ende und wir kommen sehr gerne nochmal wieder. Eine ganz große Empfehlung!!!

Das Haus und der Garten sind magisch und kaum in Fotos einzufangen. Darum würde ich auch behaupten, dass die Fotos kaum repräsentativ sind - es ist so viel schöner! Wir haben uns sehr wohl und aufgehoben gefühlt. Um uns herum hat man die Natur gespürt und das Leben in Form von Zikaden, Vogelgesang und blühende Pflanzen und Bäume aufgesogen. Es war herrlich!

Het huis, het zwembad en de tuin van Gabriel is een paradijs als je van rust houdt. Wij vonden het heerlijk om daar in alle rust te zijn. het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Gabriel reageert altijd bijzonder snel en vriendelijk. Hij is heel behulpzaam. Wij vonden het fantastisch.

We loved our first family holiday at this house. Javier was always amazing whenever we had questions. The house is beautiful inside and out. Special shoutout to the gardener too, lovely man!

We had a fantastic stay as a family of four at this villa in Mallorca. The property was spotlessly clean, modern, and clearly renovated since the pictures were taken, which was a pleasant surprise. The unheated pool wasn't an issue for us, but it's something families with small children might want to be aware of. The location and the village are absolutely fantastic – wonderfully quiet and peaceful. A few tips for future guests: definitely pack bug spray! Also, be prepared for some amazing but narrow streets leading to the villa. You need to be a confident driver, but it was no problem for us. We loved chilling out on the hammock in the sun, it was a real highlight. The kitchen facilities are fantastic, with condiments available and the owner kindly provided some essentials on arrival, which was much appreciated. Check-in and check-out were nice and easy too. We absolutely loved our stay at Justo’s place! The location is beautifully peaceful, perfect for a relaxing break. Check-in was very easy and communication with Justo was quick and smooth throughout. A special highlight was Bruno the donkey – we fell in love with him right away. Thank you for everything, we’d love to come back!

The Villa exceeded our expectations. The pool was enormous and the highlight of our stay. The house was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The grounds were vast, peaceful, and private, providing a truly relaxing environment. Miguel and Sebastián were fantastic, offering a warm welcome and a thorough tour upon arrival, and they were very accommodating with our delayed arrival. They were always available to answer questions and assist us promptly. Can Picafort is a charming town with a beautiful beach, plenty of shops, and numerous restaurants and ice cream parlours. The Villa was also conveniently located for exploring other local areas of Mallorca. This Villa was perfect for our family holiday, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Very highly recommended!!

We’ve just returned from our stay at Valérie’s villa, and it honestly exceeded all our expectations. The entire place was absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed, well-equipped, and had everything we needed and more. You can really tell how much care and attention has gone into making it a special place. Valérie was an incredible host—super responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable and stress-free. We all had the best time and will definitely be back!

Fabulous villa in the perfect location, 5 minutes stroll from the marina, shops and superb restaurants. Christian and Nicole are professional, attentive, kind and made every effort to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The experience from booking to departure was first class. So much so we booked for next year whilst half way through this stay. We had the best family holiday and made precious memories. Thank you Christian, Nicole and Miriam.

Pinaret is Villa which caters brilliantly for a multi- generational family- we were with six grandchildren with ages ranging from 12 down to one, with their parents and us as grandparents , sharing this beautiful home from home for my 60 th birthday celebrations, all together under one door and plenty of space inside and out to enjoy , was absolutely wonderful. Amenities were walkable with great places to eat and browse and for the children to play. It is ideal. We were very sad to leave today . A unique week. Thank you to the hosts for making their beautiful villa available.

We stayed here for 4 nights with a group of friends. The location and the house amenities are great, the neighborhood is lovely, and the views of the port / ocean from the house are unmatched. We loved the water access from the back of the house to jump in the ocean for a nice dip. The house was fully equipped with all the kitchen and cooking utensils needed to cook at the house. The proximity to the rest of Portocolom was great, and our group was able to walk to any of the local restaurants with 5-10 minutes. Lola was very helpful with check in and very responsive to our questions. She also provided local recommendations for a variety of restaurants, activities, etc.

Eva is a super nice and great host. She always had time when there were problems or questions and always answered immediately. The house is really nice and has everything you need. The fact that you can pick your own fruit directly from the garden is also an absolute highlight. It couldn't have been better!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich wunderschön. Der Ausblick und die Sonnenuntergänge sind atemberaubend. Das Haus ist auch nicht hellhörig was super ist vor allem wenn man mit Kindern reist. Die Betten sind groß und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte etwas großzügiger sein, aber war auch überhaupt nicht schlimm. Es waren nicht genug kleine Schüsseln, große Löffel und auch Weingläser vorhanden. Einmal wollte der Gärtner um 10 Uhr auf dem Grundstück die Hecke schneiden, als wir ihn baten zu gehen hat er sehr nett reagiert. Das Haus ist ansonsten auch super gelegen, man kommt überall sehr schnell hin. Ein großer Pluspunkt war auch das man noch das aufheizen des Pools dazubuchen konnte. Das Wasser war somit im Mai sehr angenehm zum schwimmen. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würde jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

A beautiful Finca very well presented and extremely well equipped. The pool is clean and warm and the accommodation was great. Importantly, the beds are all very comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and even provided us with a delicious breakfast one morning. We would have no hesitation in going back there.

Das Haus war wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmer sowie die Badezimmer waren sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Das Beste am ganzen Haus war der Pool wo man wirklich den ganzen Tag verweilen kann. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Wir haben Familienferien zu zehnt gemacht und es war absolut perfekt. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Leider war das Wetter nicht so toll aber durch das tolle Angebot im Haus mit Fitness, Billard, Tischtennis Tisch etc wurde uns nie langweilig. Jedes Zimmer ist geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet. Die gesamte Handhabung des Hauses ist sehr einfach und man kann sich ab Tag 1 sehr wohl fühlen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und es hatte vieles schon im Kühlschrank vorhanden , was sehr angenehm war. Ich würde sofort wieder in diesem Haus mit diesen tollen Gastgebern Ferien verbringen. Das Haus liegt außerhalb von Felanitx, sehr privat. Von der Terasse am herrlichen Pool aus kann man einen Bauernhof in einiger Entfernung sehen. Dort sind Schafe, Esel, Gänse, Pfauen, Hühner und andere Tiere. Man hört diese den ganzen Tag, genau wie die Singvögel. Eine angenehm ländliche Atmosphäre. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell beim Supermarkt und auch wenn Felanitx selbst nicht viel zu bieten hat, so ist man doch schnell in anderen schönen Orten und an einer der schönen Buchten an der Ostküste. Aber der Pool und die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten um das Haus herum laden zum daheim bleiben ein. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, die Schlafzimmer großzügig und ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit Kristel vor Anreise und auch vor Ort lief schnell und problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Der Vater von Joan hat uns an der Finca freundlich empfangen und uns das Haus und die Besonderheiten erklärt. Da er weder Deutsch noch Englisch spricht, fand die Kommunikation mittels Google-Übersetzer statt - was ohne Probleme funktionierte. Die Finca haben wir wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Vom ersten Augenblick an fühlten wir (9 Erwachsene und 3 Enkelkinder) sehr wohl. Die Ausstattung war für den Aufenthalt perfekt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in einigen km Entfernung waren ausreichend vorhanden. Uns allen hat der Aufenthalt super gefallen, deshalb werden wir sicher wieder kommen. Traumhafte Finca mit tollen Pool und ruhiger Lage. Unser highlight waren die Orangen- und Zitronenbäume mit denen man sich morgens einen frischgepressten Saft zubereiten konnte. Das Haus war in einer ruhigen Lage mit viel Platz zum nächsten Nachbarn, allerdings das erste mal etwas schwer zu finden. Das Wifi hätte etwas besser sein können, ansonsten haben wir nichts auszusetzen. Super schönes Haus mit großem Pool und outdoor Küche zum absolut fairem Preis. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung verlief Problemlos und schnell. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Nous étions six. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Marc Olivier. Ce fut très agréable de profiter de la piscine, en plein milieu de champs de vigne. L’Airbnb n’est accessible qu’en voiture mais permet de rayonner la région. Je recommande ++

Es war ein toller Urlaub! Super Unterkunft! Absolut zu empfehlen wenn man Ruhe und Privatsphäre sucht! Der Gastgeber war jederzeit hilfsbereit und für Fragen ansprechbar! Kommen wieder!

Ruhig gelegenes, geräumiges, sehr sauberes Haus mit tollem Pool. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter.

Absolut schöne und abgelegene Finca. Mietwagen ist dringend zu empfehlen. Vor allem die vielen kleinen Ecken und Details haben uns den Urlaub bereichert. Die Grillecke war neben dem Pool mein Favorit. Die Gastgeber sind super nett, zuvorkommend und stehen jeder Zeit zur Verfügung.

Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne und sehr saubere Unterkunft. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und haben umgehend geholfen. Wir würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
