Impeccable apartment! New items, good location and everything working.

This stay was awesome! The environment of the homestay is very cozy and comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, the decor is very stylish, and you can feel the host's attention to detail everywhere. The location is also very convenient, surrounded by many food and attractions, and very easy to get around. The host was very welcoming and provided a lot of thoughtful advice and help to make our trip smoother. Sitting on the balcony at night, feeling the wind, it feels very relaxed, just like being at home.

This was a fantastic find for us! The place itself was perfect for the four of us, and Hubi was a phenomenal host and guide. He gave us the perfect meal and entertainment recommendations, and we felt like we had known him for years! We’ll plan on a longer trip next time!

A beautiful place and a nice getaway from the major city nestled in a quaint community. The host was super friendly and the space looks like the picture. My friends and I enjoyed our stay.

We felt right at home. Having breakfast on the beautiful balcony in the morning was one of our highlights! Thanks to the fully equipped kitchen, you can easily cater for yourself. Existing beach umbrellas were also helpful. The location is great. A supermarket, a bakery, restaurants and the beach are just a few metres away. Diving school accessible. The residential complex is very nicely laid out, well maintained and quiet. We have now been to Iris' place for the second time and had another great holiday!

An all-round beautiful place to stay near the beach and with some restaurants close by. Highly recommended!

Catalina was an excellent host. We really enjoyed our stay at her place. The apartment was very clean, everything was stacked, homely and well furnished. The terrace upstairs is a dream with nice terrace furniture and really beautiful view of the ocean. Catalina is really kind, caring and respectful. The communication with her was very friendly and easy. We highly recommend this place whole-heartedly. Thank you for the very nice and relaxing stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at this stunning house, it’s tastefully decorated, super clean, and clearly well cared for. The surrounding town is very sweet and charming, with a lovely little bakery just down the road that was perfect for morning treats. The house overall matched the description, but I did want to note that the pool area looks quite different in person. It’s painted a bright blue in a Moroccan style, which is vibrant, but quite a contrast to the serene white aesthetic shown in the listing photos. I had specifically booked this place because of the white pool area, so that was a bit of a disappointment. I do feel the photos should be updated to reflect the current look more accurately. That said, the home itself is beautiful and we still really enjoyed our time here!

From start to finish our stay was brilliant. The apartment couldn’t have been in a better place for us. 5 minute walk into the local square where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from 10-15 minute walk into walk to the mariner with some amazing seafood. We can honestly say it is some of the best food we have eaten. The view from the apartment was incredible and the balcony is a sun trap. Florence was super responsive and extremely welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in Cala d’or and somewhere we hope to return!

Antonias house is the perfect getaway for a relaxed holiday. The property is a bit remote in a quiet area close to Felanitx, not too far from the city but just far enough from the town's happenings. The beautiful pool makes it hard to leave. the house was built in 1699, Antonia told us, and it is full of history, personality and charm. finally, Antonia was a great host and welcomed us to her house with a smile. thank you!

Clean apartment as described and very well equipped. We had a pleasant stay with a very nice sea view and a cove 5 minutes' walk away with crystal clear waters in good weather.

This is a lovely apartment with a beautiful setting overlooking the cove. Eveline is a wonderful host,so helpful and responsive. we had a wonderful family holiday!

Antonio was absolutely amazing! The check-in process was super easy and smooth. At the beginning, we didn’t know how to use the stove, and he kindly came over to show us how it worked. One time we accidentally locked ourselves out, and he responded immediately and helped us without hesitation. The apartment itself was quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful balcony where we could watch the sunrise. It’s just a 3-minute walk to both Cala Ferrera and Cala Esmeralda, which was perfect. Antonio was always quick to respond and genuinely helpful — truly unbeatable hospitality!

We had such a lovely stay! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the most stunning beach, with tons of great restaurants nearby. The area is peaceful and beautiful and the pool was a huge bonus—clean, relaxing, and surrounded by gorgeous views. The hosts were incredible—so friendly and welcoming, and they made check-in super easy. We’d definitely come back! The only small downsides were that there was no shower gel or shampoo provided, which we’ve always had at other Airbnbs—it caught us off guard since we hadn’t packed any, and the nearby store was quite pricey. Also, the kitchen was missing a few basic cooking essentials like oil, which would’ve made it easier to cook at home. Other than that, everything was amazing and we truly enjoyed our time there. Would absolutely recommend it and hope to return!

House was very comfortable, clean and overall has many amenities. However there was no body soap or extra batteries but no big deal. Communication was a bit slow. A bit of a distance between the beaches and the city but buses are good.

Very beautiful apartment with stunning view. I only wish we could have stayed in this wonderful place longer. Definetely recommend this place :)

Great apartment with beautiful balcony overlooking the stunning pool. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance and brilliant location from which you can explore the lovely surroundings

Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Couldn't have asked for more! Fabulous host, great communication. Would totally recommend and looking forward to staying again!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

We enjoyed our stay at Mirjams apartment from the beginning to the very end of our stay. The beach is just a few steps away and the view from the balcony is great. The Jacuzzi on the rooftop is a highlight where we chilled out after our long walks on the beach. Can absolutely recommend Mirjam’s place 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
