In the heart of the old town of Mortagne-au-Perche, on a very quiet street 200 m from the center, it offers a garden side (300 m2 wooded) with a magnificent view of the Percheron valleys. It is a small townhouse and a balcony over the countryside, ideal for discovering the charms of Perche.

Au nord du Perche, entre Mortagne-au-Perche et Moulins-la-Marche, cet appartement est situé au calme en plein cœur de la campagne. Il se trouve au 1er et seul étage de l'immeuble à ossature bois. Il se compose d'une pièce de vie de 30m2 avec cuisine équipée: four, lave-vaisselle, plaques induction, réfrigérateur, congélateur..., canapé convertible, télévision, s'ouvrant sur le balcon. La chambre de 10m2 est meublée d'un lit 160x200, d'un dressing et d'une salle de bain, WC séparés.

1.5 hours from Paris, between Verneuil sur Avre and Mortagne aux Perche, this bread oven is part of a beautiful 18th century farmhouse, from where Percheron pioneers left to create New France (Canada).
