Countryside cottage

Former bakery, renovated and separate from our house, situated on a large property with a few animals (ducks, chickens and, depending on the season, sheep) to the delight of children. I would like to point out that they are located at a distance from the dwelling and therefore do not cause any noise nuisance. The Perche is an ideal region if you are looking for a peaceful setting; there are no neighbours near the house, which allows you to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay.

La Petite Maison is an old sheepfold that we have restored, located at the entrance to our property. We live on the edge of the forest, in the countryside. As the name suggests, "La Petite Maison" is small, with 18 m2, we have optimized each space to be able to welcome you. Note: The staircase leading to the mezzanine is steep and may not be suitable for everyone. The upstairs bedroom does not have direct ventilation; however, a bed is available on the ground floor.
