I want to thank Frédéric, the accommodation is identical to the photos and matches the listing very well, Frédéric is a very available person who responds very quickly to the message and advises us if needed. Everything is within walking distance if you have decided to come and not use the car but you will not have to worry about the kilometers. The accommodation really has everything we needed, and even more. The beach is really next door. Our host trusts his tenants and we are independent.

The studio could not be better located, right in the heart of Rouen and has a stunning view of the St. Ouen Church! We could walk our dog in the garden just across the road at all times of day.

Our stay went very well. The accommodation is very decent and we were provided with the crib for our baby as well as the high chair. The only small downside I can note is the wifi, we picked it up not very well and the speed is not high... very slow unfortunately. concenrnat the phone network we were in H+it's the only downside of the stay
