Écogîte Lalalandes Aveyron

I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.

Small renovated house, 2 rooms + terrace

Located 850 m from the city center, 1.4 km (15-minute walk) from the train station. Small house renovated in 2021. In summer, you will enjoy the small terrace with its plancha as well as the air conditioning. The accommodation is composed of a living room with an equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, glass cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge + freezer, dishes...), TV and WIFI, as well as a large bedroom with a queen-size bed, a separate toilet and a VERY SMALL shower room.

Yoga classes offered in the park with 300 rose bushes and meditation sessions at the edge of the pond with water lilies (open participation) Cottage located on the circuit of the Lot valley with the castle of Larroque-Toirac at 3,6km, Cajarc at 12 km, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie at 36km. Rocamadour is 40km and Figeac medieval city 12km.

Experience a completely renovated gariotte, in the heart of nature, in a warm and cozy atmosphere. Ideal for two lovers, this house seduces with its authenticity, comfort and bucolic setting. The Lot Grangette

Carefully restored, it offers a capacity of 4 people with two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet, an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with sofa bed and outside a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. During the summer (July, August), rentals are by the week from Saturday to Saturday. The cottage is equipped with a reversible heat pump air conditioner that will meet your cooling needs in the summer.

Maison Rossignol, heated pool & garden

Maison Rossignol is a 19th century building. Completely restored with contemporary materials, composed of a floor with two large bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, an open equipped kitchen and a large living room. On the ground floor, an independent 35 m2 studio with a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet. There is also a 300 m2 garden, a summer lounge, as well as an 8 m long heated slate pool, out of sight.

Gîte de Camboulit

This is an air-conditioned gîte in pure Quercy style! Here you will find tranquility, calm just a stone's throw from Figeac on the beautiful Célé Valley. The living room will offer you all the comfort to cook, rest or telecommute. Upstairs is the sleeping area and its shower room, toilet. An outdoor terrace overlooks the living room where you can have lunch, rest and admire the over 100-year-old linden tree.

"Chez Flo" Traditional Quercynoise House

I welcome you to Montsalès, a hilltop village with stunning views of the surrounding area, a stone's throw from the Lot Valley and the Way of St. James. This typical Quercy house, over 200 years old, is a small haven of peace, ideal if you want to relax in peace, away from the city and adopt a simple lifestyle focused on nature. Montsalès is full of small shaded hiking trails that I will show you.
