You will appreciate the calm and the breathtaking view of the cottage with its private pool not shared and exclusively reserved for the cottage. (heated pool from 1/05 to 15/09) Located halfway between Le Mans and Caen (70 km), 2.5 hours from Paris, 1.5 hours from Deauville and 20 minutes from Haras du Pin. The 45 m2 cottage consists, on the ground floor, of 1 living room with equipped kitchen, 1 sofa bed for 2 people, and 1 bathroom Upstairs, 1 bedroom, 25 m2, with a 160 bed. No pets allowed.
