As a Superhost since 2023, the house must be left in the same clean condition as it was upon arrival. PLEASE NOTE 1: This rental is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. Self-contained and spacious accommodation with unobstructed views. As nature lovers seeking tranquility, we acquired this old farmhouse located in a green setting, surrounded by pasture, a pond, and a stream. We have completely renovated the main house and carefully furnished the barn. The outdoor improvements are not yet finished (facade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. The accommodation is located in Bouvancourt, a charming little village 20 km from Reims.

You have free and permanent access to the hammam, sauna and SPA area, accessible directly from the house.

Nestled in the heart of the vineyards, our house is located in Courmas, in the Parc naturel de la Montagne de Reims, about 13 km from Reims. The Les Chapitres gîte, labelled 3 épis Gîtes de France, has independent access and can accommodate up to 4 people. The bed linen and towels are provided. Parking space is available near the cottage. Electric bike rental available on request to discover the region.

The Crayères gîte in the Reims mountains

Located 10 minutes from Reims, our apartment is composed of a large living room with equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa bed, TV (flat screen) and Wi-Fi. A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with separate toilet. In addition, you benefit from secure parking (vehicle and bike) inside our property. For health and allergy reasons, no pets are allowed in this home.
