Il offre une vue magnifique sur le château et la dent de Cons juste derrière. Au pied du massif des Bauges, à mi chemin entre Annecy et Albertville (environ 20km) , nous avons la chance de vivre dans un environnement magnifique. La piste cyclable qui relie Albertville/ Annecy (et qui fait le tour du lac d'Annecy) est à deux pas.

Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Arrival from 2pm - departure 11am maximum -Independent accommodation in a quiet, secluded location. -Parking and 3kw EV socket

A few minutes from the lake, 40 minutes from Annecy and 15 minutes from La Sambuy, sportsmen and nature lovers will find their happiness: swimming, hiking, skiing, climbing, paragliding. On the spacious mezzanine you will find a double bed, and on the ground floor a single sofa bed. The exteriors of the house are still waiting to be furnished. The forest and river are in the immediate vicinity for walking.
