Between Brive and Tulle, new house on wooded land of 1600 m², with 4 bedrooms (2 ground floor + 2 floors) + mezzanine (sofa bed), 2 bathrooms (hydrojet shower + bathtub), 2 toilets, 2 open kitchens (American fridge), garage, living room with large screen TV, outdoor barbecue. Quiet, pleasant place, nice view. Sheets + towels not provided except on request: €15 per bed for the duration of the stay. Mandatory cleaning fee of €60 to be paid on site upon arrival. If electric vehicle 20 euros/day extra.

A parking space at the back of the residence is available for guests.

You will stay in a green setting surrounded by our animals. The 70 m² accommodation on enclosed land is composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as a shower room and a separate toilet. All the equipment essential for the smooth running of your stay is of course at your disposal: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, TV, coffee machine, wifi... Your pets are welcome on condition that you do not leave them alone in the accommodation.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Completely renovated, charming and bright, facing south. It is on the 2nd floor of a condominium house ideally located in the city center. There is a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, shower room, living room (connected TV with Netflix). Place Guierle and its covered market Halle Brassens are 100 m away and you are a 20-minute walk from the train station.

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
