We stayed for 1 night, the location was extremely central, although it was on a street above Taksim, it was quite calm. It was especially enjoyable to spend time with music on the balcony. We were a little stunned as there was no sign on the first check in but after the door no and they welcomed us we were assured. The inside of the kettle was not very clean when we wanted to boil water and drink tea, it should definitely be reviewed. Also, it was a little cold at night, I can't say that the air conditioner works. The heaters were very hot, but it was not enough for 1 room or it may be useful to open it beforehand. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, we would prefer it again, thank you.

Omer and all the staff were great, they were so welcoming and very friendly, the room was clean and they provided cleaning service with no extra fees where they refill bath products, toilet papers water and clean sheets, the location and pictures match exactly the reality The neighborhood wasn’t that great but there were no security issues Thank you to the stuff, they were very responsive and very friendly, we liked it so much and it felt home

Great option for budget travellers. Very close to the blue mosque, Sultanahmet square and Hagia Sophia. The host was very responsive and kindly stayed up until 2 AM to let us check in because our flight arrived late. It’s a bit tricky to get to this place by public transit from IST airport so I would suggest private transport or taxi. Bathroom was a bit small, but it was fine. Would recommend this place if you’re looking for an affordable option near the main tourist attractions!

Greetings to everyone who are reading this comment. Location was so close to Istiklal street, you can be easily accessed to restaurants, markets, night clubs and whatever you need. Normally Tarlabasi neighborhood is not safety in scope of locally people that are living there, but this hotel is the opposite side of the Tarlabasi and also it has to one pollice station at the opposite side that you can see when look at outside from window, so according to these reason we didnt get any problem or related issue. I can recommend this hotel to be used. Probably when I will come to Taksim, Istiklal district I will be located again in this hotel.

The location was central . They provided a better room because the room I rented was not available. It was a nice stay

Above all, the location is fantastic. It only took 5 minutes to walk to the front of Hagia Sophia, so it was enough for the group to visit the house while we were in the Hagia Sophia line. Only one characteristic of this accommodation, with an actively communicative host and friendly resident staff. There is no reason not to stay except there is no elevator. Of course, even that was easy to move my luggage with the help of the resident staff. We stayed in the only room on the 4th floor and also experienced the perfect terrace. If I visit Istanbul again, this is a place I will definitely find.

Erhan’s place is a really good option, just 150 metters to the tram station T1 which can bring you to everywhere in the city. Taksim square is in a walking distance. Nice neighbohood, quite and clean, the local restaurant beside is also good place to eat, there is a small groceries store nearby. Superb!

Such a nice Stay! Great location, much to do in this neighborhood but very easily connected by public transport for the main attractions. Would highly recommend staying here to discover Istanbul.

Everything was very nice, this was my second stay. I was very satisfied with the first time. So I came back with peace of mind. I think this was the most comfortable place among the apartments I stayed in Kadıköy in this price range.

Thanks Evrim and Elmir! The guys are awesome - helpful, nice and friendly hosts. I was surprised that they speak 3 different languages, which made it so simple to communicate. Location is great, very easy to find the hostel.

Lovely place and a pair of lovely and helpful hosts, would help you anything if needed. The place was nothing far from a hotel room with great hygiene and even better price. The only thing off about it is the lack of windows outside which can make you feel slightly depressed. Would 100% recommend it to others.
