Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Fatih

✨We are really happy to have chosen this accommodation for our trip. It was fantastic! The house was very clean. There was even an intelligent robot vacuum cleaner that drove through the apartment. The terrace was fascinating. Public transport was 2-3 minutes' walk away. Overall, a 10 out of 10 points. We will definitely be back! Many thanks to the hosts.✨

The attention to detail and the appointments inside the home and patio were impeccable. Hats off to the owner or designer that chose all the pieces. My family had a remarkable time there in a neighborhood filled with quaint restaurants and merchants, close to everything that you could possibly want to see on a 4-5 stay in Istanbul We look forward to returning very soon. I do love that place. I found everything according to the pictures and I had everything I needed in my room and the kitchen for the two and a half months I was there. It has a great location, close to the mall, public transportation, restaurants, and supermarkets. I'm definitely coming back to Yusuf's place some time next year. Denis was very helpful and attentive host. We stayed there for 4 nights and all 16 of us really enjoyed the house and location was perfect! Near to the tram and ferry station and super easy to locate. Btw the rooftop was the highlight of the house! Mostly love everything about the house 🤍🤍 thanks a lot Denis!

The best place in istanbul ever everythings close by and you don’t need anything’s else special with Yusuf is really nice, friendly and very respectful he Will do anything for you to be comfortable and feel at home. He’s really such nice guy with nice place 100% I recommended this place with Yusuf you will never regret it ❤️

The house is clean and spacious, it consists of two floors, a hall and kitchen floor, and a floor for 4 bedrooms and toilets, all of which contain air conditioning, the host is excellent but slow to respond

We spent a great week at the flat. It is located very close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops, while quiet at night. The owner had a table and two chairs installed for us to eat when we noticed there were none in the photos. The bed was ok, the shower great, with hot water, the WiFi and television worked perfectly. The flat is not really equipped to cook. Basics but no more. We missed a kitchen towel, some kitchen paper/ paper napkin and a pair of scissors. There are no curtains but only blinds at the windows, it is therefore bright very early in the morning in the bedroom. The flat otherwise is very cosy, decorated with taste and very comfortable. The terrasse on the roof offers a great view on the Bosphore. Communication with Sibel was smooth but minimal. We did not have the opportunity to meet her. We recommend this flat, bearing in mind the few points mentioned before.

We had a great time at Deniz’s place. Its look and feel were exactly how we expected - roomy, artsy, and homey. We had a very smooth check in despite later arrival. We received a warm welcome from the hostess Derya who was there to give us the keys and show us around. We received many local recommendations from her, and both Derya and Deniz were very responsive to our questions. The location of the place is perfect for a nice stroll in picturesque Cihangir. The neighborhood is lively, but our street was very quiet with excellent coffee shops just next door. A special heartfelt thank you to Derya who went above and beyond in communication with helping us with a lost item in an Uber on the way to the airport. Due to her efforts and fast proactive action, the item was delivered to her as she further facilitated its delivery overseas. With enormous gratitude we recommend these hosts and their place to anyone looking for comfort and good care in Istanbul.

A very pleasant and cozy place, amazing location within walking distance from Taksim square and a ton of wonderful restaurants. The apartment feels safe, clean and spacious (except maybe for the bathroom, which is still more than functional and comfortable). The host is also very attentive and thoughtful, we never had a single disagreement. Would rent again!

Excellent location near 2 mosques, other tourist attractions and very central for a walking tour. All the staff were very kind and attentive.

The host was always responsive and easy to communicate. We liked how calm were the surroundings while it was easy to reach everything we needed by walking. The bathroom is worth renovating but we didn't mind it, and everything was spotless clean.

A beautiful house suitable for relaxation and escaping the noise of the cities. It’s true that it is far from the city center, but the views from the living room and balcony are absolutely stunning, allowing you to contemplate the beauty of nature and the sea.

Mr. Akın was very helpful with everything. We felt she was trying to make us comfortable at home. The house was a very warm environment, it was enjoyable. The house looks like it sleeps 9, but it's a small L armchair where two people will sleep. It wasn't a problem for us, but it should be considered.

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa.
