The apartment and the stay exceeded our expectations! Initially, the location is very convenient, as it is very close to Polis Chrysochous and the beaches. The apartment is fully equipped, very clean and comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and helpful in everything. We enjoyed your stay and highly recommend it! Thank you Steve and Jan!

We had a rocky start to our holiday and unfortunately had an awful hotel which we just could not stay in. On such short notice we were lucky enough to find this villa had a last minute cancellation and when contacting owner he was extremely helpful we were moved into there in a couple hours and he couldn’t of been more helpful in helping us find the property as this was our first time in Cyprus with our family. Host was very quick to respond and anything that was not there he organized for it to be delivered to us straight away and whilst there the villa had air conditioning installed into the bedrooms. Fabulous pool and amazing views very peaceful and not far from restaurants,shopping, beaches and all amenities you’ll need. We will definitely be returning to this villa it has left a lasting impression for us really turned our holiday around 🙂

Costas place is an amazing spot for every family or group of friends! The place is very clean and fully equipped! The best time of day is the sunset with an amazing view! A beautifully appointed villa. It exceeded expectations- it’s much more modern inside than the pictures suggest. The outside space is excellent too, and like a previous comment, the pictures do not do it justice. There is a small table and 4 chairs at the front of the house and a much larger table and six chairs at the rear of the property. There are 4 good quality sun loungers and other small chairs. In the second week of October, with the sun sitting lower in the sky, we did have to move about to chase the sun, but there was always a place to sit and enjoy it until about 15:30. 20 minutes drive into Polis and about 15 to Kathikas where there are a number of great restaurant/taverna choices.

We had a great time staying in this lovely house. It was clean and comfortable and the location was superb. Quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommended and I would go back. Nectarios was very helpful with anything needed.

Ocean View 3 Bedroom Villa and Pool

We stayed at Gemma and Sally's Airbnb for a week. We had to search for a while on arrival, but then we found it fine. You really need a car to get here, you can park it in your own driveway. The villa is spacious, both downstairs and upstairs. There is a bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor and there are two large bedrooms with both their own bathroom on the first floor! These adjoin the large terrace with beautiful views. The kitchen was very spacious and all necessary amenities are present; spices, oil, pans, etc.. Bathrooms are very clean. The bed was a little hard, but that is very personal. The garden and the swimming pool are ideal! nice and big and very private! We had no neighbors during our stay, so you could really enjoy the peace and privacy. Gemma was easily accessible by app and responded quickly. Nearest large supermarket is 20 minutes drive, as is the town of Polis (with several restaurants). Great stay!
