Franco and his father, Carlos, are sweethearts, super caring! The apartment is great! And it has double glazing on all windows, which makes it very warm in winter, or very cold in summer, because it does not exchange so much with the environment. Well equipped, good shower, good bed, very nice bedding and pillows too! I highly recommend it!

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, very spacious, comfortable and with very good tasteful decor. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood close to the center. We were close to several markets, pharmacies and restaurants. Communication with the owner was great, they were always available and responded quickly.

No explanation, the apartment is amazing, in person it's even better, very quiet place, quiet to rest and very safe, perfect bed, everything was very clean and fragrant, the towels, the sheets, the blankets all impeccable, it was the best AIRBNB we've stayed in to date. Jelci is very proactive and dear, responds quickly with a lot of attention.

Not to mention the location, which was extremely private and quiet, far from the hustle and bustle of downtown Gramado (which is at most 8 minutes away by car). I will certainly choose this accommodation every time I am in Gramado. Every cent.

Emilene's house is exactly as in the photos, very comfortable, spacious living room and kitchen, a great wood stove in the kitchen and a very comfortable bed. We felt at home. It is a 5-minute drive from downtown Nova Petrópolis. I definitely recommend it!!!

Apartamento was impeccable, close to everything, karen and Mrs. Chica were super attentive.

All very good m , we just had an unexpected problem with the lack of gas to heat up the shower but quickly the problem was resolved, great apartment!
