The place is beautiful, as shown in the photos and everything was in optimal condition . Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, apt. Spacious and very comfortable. I stayed in a very spacious, comfortable and complete apartment. The site exceeded my expectations, with all the items needed for a quiet stay — well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, excellent shower and well-organized environments. The service was also impeccable: the host was always attentive, helpful and responded quickly to all questions. Communication was clear and efficient from start to finish. I highly recommend the stay and, if I have the opportunity, I will definitely return!

We escaped from the confusing carnival to spend the holiday in this beautiful hut. Silencio e tranquidade, but close to several points of interest in Canela ( it is on the road that goes to Cascata do Caracol) and close to Gramado. Kitchen complete with everything needed , impeccable cleaning and a decoration that makes the differential - I loved the red phone!!!! The house has no air-conditioning , but even though it was a super-hot holiday, the fans that the house has more than enough shape - the place is surrounded by trees and very fresh. Nice place, great location, close to several tourist spots and great restaurants. Pharmacy, bakery and markets nearby. The apartment has everything you need.

Espaço overcame expectations : beautiful, cozy,extremely clean, quiet, wide, quiet for and safe for parking, a space for our pet( basket with blanket), our pet loved it. Can do all the lawn attractions in the center on foot (covered street, sidewalk of fame, restaurants, crooked street, Lago Negro, Rua dos Plátanos ..etc). barbecue, 3 TV, 3 air conditioning.. The apartment is much better in person, full of details, super cozy and with a wonderful view! For those who like to watch the sky at night, it's amazing! It is in a reserved and quiet area, but super close to downtown Gramado. I felt right at home and ended up extending my stay for a few more days. Communication with Gláucio was smooth and effective. I'd definitely be back!

The house is perfect! My family and I spent wonderful days in the house. The place is beautiful, all extremely clean and tidy. There was nothing missing. Tomas always attentive and responded to my messages quickly. We did not have any problems with the stay. The only bad part was the time to leave, our dogs enjoyed the space a lot! We intend to return as soon as possible!!

The stay was great, the house is beautiful and tells its own story, which despite the age of the house is extremely comfortable and clean. Everything was impeccable since our arrival. Very well equipped house in all rooms. Sofia was always very cordial and quick on the return. At the house also has restaurant guides, useful phones and everything that was needed for our stay. The external space of the house is great, as is the privacy and security of the surroundings. Nova Petropolis is always welcoming and has numerous attractions and great cuisine. Very close to the house there is Unser Haus, restaurant with the best fundue we eat, also home recommendation. We are sure to be back soon.

The apartment is comfortable and with fast internet. It could have a little more utensils (wine glasses, dish cloth, detergent and sponge), but it would just be suggested something additional. The location is excellent, next to the crooked street and close to markets, snack bars, restaurants, the indoor street etc. From the balcony of the 414 you can see the building of the Hard Hock Café. Very quiet and quiet place. We congratulate the owners and their employees for their care and attention.

We had a great stay, we greatly took advantage of the exterior space of the house as it is large, comfortable and quiet. The inner part of the house is comfortable and large, we don't miss anything and we feel at home.

The area has several restaurants and supermarkets and you can walk to the center where more services are located. The apartment is very comfortable and functional, we were 5 people and we were very comfortable.
