THE LOCATION IS PERFECT (2 BLOCKS FROM THE BEACH), WITH A GOOD TRADE AROUND. THE ACCOMMODATION CORRESPONDS TO THE DESCRIPTION, WELL-EQUIPPED AND COMFORTABLE APARTMENT, VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. MUNICIPALITY MET ALL MY NEEDS. VERY HELPFUL BUILDING STAFF. SUPER ACCESSIBLE AND ATTENTIVE HOST. I RECOMMEND THE RENTAL, WITHOUT A DOUBT.

All right with the stay , Ruy always request ...for a better comfort in the apt just a few adjustments more nothing that hindered us, such as the placement of the box in the bathroom , a black out curtain for those who sleep in the living room , a more comfortable mattress and more carpets for the bathroom the condominium space is a delight porters and friendly staff we were able to use tds the premises of the building

It was a pleasant stay at Gabriel's place. Wonderful view from balcony and also from the top, enjoyed the jacuzzi. Spacious apartment, loved it.

Ana's apartment is very good, complete, is in a prime area of the city, the bed is comfortable, it is on the 8th floor, there is no traffic noise, there is a large desk with 500 Mbps NET WIFI, suitable for work. The building is also very nice. Nearby there are supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. I felt at home!

The stay was wonderful! The house is extremely cozy, well decorated, clean and with a beautiful sea view. The location is excellent, close to the beach, which makes everything even more special. Dona Marilúcia is very attentive, careful, punctual and always ready to help, responding super fast. We only have compliments. We highly recommend.

Friendly neighbours, lovely setting in a secure community area with a pool and a wonderful host near by. With easy access to the newly developed waterfront, beaches and restaurants it's a great place to experience life in Salvador as an international visitor to this amazing, interesting and vibrant city. The accommodation is basic but functional and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to Milena for being such a great host.

what a wonderful experience!!! the house is perfect, very wide with new and quality furniture and utensils. a lot of privacy. the noise of the fountains makes the night even more pleasant to sleep. very close to itapuã beach, which is a delight, very warm sea and without waves. great restaurants nearby. iris and its employees are of unparalleled education and helpfulness! staying in this house left the trip to Salvador much better

The property was clean and the host responded quickly to all requests, ideal accommodation for those who need to spend a few nights in the capital.

Sergio's space is a real gem. It is very conveniently located which made navigating the city easier. I can't say enough how incredible the view and proximity to the ocean are. Seeing the ocean from almost anywhere in the space - hearing and seeing it everyday really made for a peaceful experience. Sergio is a kind, responsive, and very accommodating host. The only challenge I had was when the internet was out for 8 days. This was outside of Sergio's control and he was communicative through this challenge and after it was restored. I would recommend a visit here again and hope to return.

Nice place, comfortable, spacious, good location. There are night clubs nearby, you can hear the music from the apartment.

We came in a family and rented two units, the apt that my in-laws stayed, was impeccable! All brand new and very clean. In mine had some maintenance details but nothing serious. O Host attentive and responsive. We take advantage of the amenities offered by the condominium. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment is wonderful. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, in a very safe area. The structure of the building is great, but the highlight we give is the apartment's balcony: side view to the sea, equipped with a hammock... a charming place to have coffee, we love it. The apartment matches the description exactly, with a good shower and air-conditioning that handles the Salvador heat. Viviane, as a host, was wonderful. She answered all our questions, forwarded suggestions for bars, restaurants, tours and was always available to make our stay in Salvador the best possible, in addition to the attention she gave us at check-in. We recommend it to everyone in the community and will certainly return if a new opportunity arises.
