Summer house Fårö

Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation in a completely secluded location overlooking a sheep paddock. The house is centrally located, within walking distance of several beautiful sandy beaches (as well as a grocery store and bakery), one of which is in one of the most beautiful nature reserves on Fårö. The house, which I designed myself, was completed in winter 2024 and has all the amenities, including a wood-burning stove and a large kitchen for socialising, with direct access to a terrace with a BBQ. About a 5-minute drive to two of Fårö's most popular beaches, Ekeviken and Sudersand.

Fårö Gotland. Enjoy autumn at raukar and nice nature

Enjoy late summer and autumn by unique rock formations, wild nature, heathland and barren nature reserves. Great starting point for nice excursions and hikes on Fårö, regardless of the weather. Digerhuvud, Langhammars and Helgumannen are within walking and biking distance. Note: Own car or bicycle is a must. Nearest bus: Fårösund. The accommodation is simple and modern, under construction. Concrete floors, high ceilings, open floor plan, wood burning stove. Gravel area with long table for outdoor dining and barbecue. Note: Guests clean after themselves. Bring your own sheets and towels.

Fårö, charming Gotland stone house

This charming Gotland house is built around 1860 and has been continuously renovated during the 21st century. 5 rooms and kitchen of which 4 bedrooms and a large living room for nice socializing. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, a shower and a washing machine. There are two outdoor areas, one facing south with morning and midday sun and one facing west with evening sun. Outdoor furniture and charcoal grill are available. The house is located on a large plot, about 1000 sqm next to two other houses that can also be rented out. The house has hot water and good drinking water.

Cabin with proximity to Fårö

Bedroom, living room and kitchen in open plan, small loft as well as shower/toilet and patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture. In Fårösund there are, among other things, restaurants, café, Ica supermarket, Ingo station, playground, paddle courts, sports hall/gym, swimming pool, swimming area (300m). Proximity to attractions such as the Bungemuseet, Bungenäs limestone quarry and Blå Lagunen. Or why not take the ferry over to lovely Fårö and swim at Sudersand beach, visit the limestone stacks or eat good pastries at Sylvis Döttrar. Bed linen can be rented for SEK 250/set.

Located next to Fårö's famous beach Sudersand, you will find this newly built house with a sunny patio. The house offers a comfortable bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a sleeping loft with two 90 cm beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. Within walking distance, there are restaurants, bars, mini golf, gym, tennis/paddle tennis courts and bike rentals. As well as a bakery and grocery store. Fårö is a natural paradise with long sandy beaches, perfect for sunbathing and swimming, nature observations, cultural excursions, bike rides and relaxation.

Welcome to charming studio, 38 m2 with beautiful lake view from the balcony. Rich bird life, foxes and deer can be seen with the binoculars. Take the bikes down to the harbor. Enjoy our wood-fired sauna and fall asleep in the beautiful bed. We offer fresh air, silence, quiet and good, clean drinking water from the tap. Excellent cycling/hiking trails in beautiful nature and cultural landscapes with medieval buildings. 50 km to Visby. 13 km to Fårösund. 5 km to bus stop. Car charger is available. You take care of the cleaning yourself.

Forget all everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful accommodation with 10 beds. Here you can relax, hang out with family and friends, cook good food, watch birds, hike, surf, swim and sunbathe, etc. The house has room for a large group as there are 10 beds. 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with two single beds and sofa bed in the hall on the upper floor with 2 beds. Bathroom with toilet and shower is available on both floors. The house has a lovely terrace at the back with a sofa set for a coffee in the sun.

Casaquarium on Fårö

Now we rent out our newly built summer island on Fårö so more people can enjoy the magical island and the amazing house. Here you can get peace and quiet in a beautiful surroundings whilst still being close to everything Fårö has to offer. When you come with the Fårö ferry, it is only a few minutes to our house. At the end of a dirt road, you can discern it through the pine trees. The nature around is beautiful and when the sun is setting between the trees, the tranquility really falls. Here you will enjoy.

Boutique-inspired beach house at Sudersand

Welcome to a newly-built house on eastern Sudersand, only 200 meters from the beach. The house can accommodate up to 5 people and is suitable for families, couples or friends who want to stay close to the sea in a pleasant environment. The accommodation is bright and open with a central section that extends through the floor and creates a nice feeling of space. Large glass surfaces provide generous light and enhance the house's boutique-like expression. A fireplace creates a warm and cozy atmosphere.

My guest house is perfect if you want to stay over a couple of nights at Fårö. Its walking distance to Sudersand beach, restaurants serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will love this place for the nature and the light. The house is perfect for a couple and suits families with one kid. There are one double bed and one extra single bed. Our guest house, which we call "Smedjan" for its origins as a smithy, invites you to a unique stay. With the limestone wall that tells of its historical background. The cottage has undergone a loving renovation and offers modern comfort. Located only 90 meters from the beach, guests have the opportunity to enjoy wonderful nature and proximity to the sea. On Fårö, where nature meets history, a stay in this unique place will be a nice memory to take home.

A summer home for large and small families with access to beautiful nature as well as lake (Norrsund) Only about 100 meters to water. Large property with distance to neighbors. There are 3 bedrooms spread over the two floors of the house. Bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub. The home is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and TV in the living room. Fishing equipment can be borrowed, by agreement.
