We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

Luxurious villa in a panoramic position 400 meters from the sea and 100 meters from the village of San Felice Circeo. We can only accept small pets if requested in advance. The villa has been on Airbnb since 2016. For bureaucratic reasons, we have to create a new listing.
