Condo holiday rentals in Faro District

We stayed as a group for a special birthday, as we were arriving late we asked the host to purchase a bottle of wine and some snacks for arrival (there is a welcome basket there also) and Marnix was extremely accommodating. The location is beautiful, views of the ocean and the beach is a 2 minute walk down the hill. It is a little bit pricey but I felt it was really good value as split between the group it was more than affordable but you do get what you pay for. There is an indoor and outdoor pool (we only used this on the last day). The location is a short walk into the new town strip area and around 7euros into old town via a bolt, this was also for x-large bolt as we were a party of 6. I would definitely recommend, it a beautiful villa, in a gorgeous location. Thank you for all your help as you are a very responsive host and so helpful.

Bruno’s place was exactly what was advertised. 10 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Europe and 10 minutes to city center. Perfect for my family and our short trip to Lagos. Bruno communicated daily and gave some tips about what to do in Lagos. Overall a great stay and would book again.

Delighted: location & pool and view from the balcony (very private). Bolt from train / town €3-5. Apartment is basic, outdoor furniture looks new. Marcos & Elaine take pride & care of the apartment . Elaine baked Pastel de Nata, truly the best I’ve had to date in Portugal. The only frustration, advertising a coffee maker, and not say it requires “special sized coffee pods” or where to get them. I specifically asked at check in about the pods, Marcos agreed they were there, neither one of us looked in the box. An hour later, noticed only a few pods & I messaged Marco showing him a photo & he said that was all they provide for the Welcome Gift, no advice of “how or where” to get more pods. This is very disappointing, advertisement with photo of a proper coffee maker for the duration of paid stay yet guest can’t use the coffee maker the entire stay. Also saying that there is “Instant” coffee provided is not acceptable. Restaurant downstairs has real coffee, felt like being at a hotel.

Paulo’s place is a good apartment for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was located outside but still close to touristic areas, restaurants etc. You can easily spend more than a week here. His space was spacious and well-equipped place. We enjoyed ourselves and can recommend! :)

We arrived late after our flight was delayed and Rui was there waiting to check us in and show us around. Apartment in lovely location close to shops, restaurants and beach. We were there with 2 small kids and had great time. Rui was in contact during the week to make sure all was ok and very quick to reply to any questions. Had a fabulous week here would highly recommend.

I completely endorse the comments that other guests have made. Ingmar’s apartment is a complete home with everything anyone would need for a relaxing stay & offers value & quality. The location is excellent, a hire car is not really necessary as there are bus stops just metres away for trips to the east & west Algarve. For those who like walking the location is perfect for ambles along the coastline & to beautiful beaches. Alvor with its varied restaurants, fantastic beaches & long boardwalk is a must visit. The 3 brothers beach & its restaurants, Sol & Sombre & Canico offer excellent food & a lovely place to swim & sunbath especially if you have children. A day spent there followed by a walk back to Ingmar’s apartment makes for an enjoyable day & a great nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. For those who like a lively nightlife head to Roche. Ingmar is a up there with the best super hosts.

Great stay in Lagos. Short walk into town and beautiful views.

We loved the beauty of the view and the location above Dona Ana beach and being close to the boardwalk to ponte da Piedade. You are also close to old town Lagos for restaurants, as well as to the marina. Joanna was very helpful and responsive and the condo was well equipped, with beautiful dishes and everything you need if you wish to cook.

Have stayed at this accommodation before - modern, clean & very well equipped - in a quiet development that is easy to find & suited our trip (golf) The marina is nearby where there are countless good & varied bars & restaurants to try. If you want somewhere quiet but with lots of life within 10 mins then this is a good Algarve location - great base to explore a selection of high level golf courses. A great host & no doubt will stay again.

Its a nice spacious appartment, good kitchen and balcony, everything is there that you need. Hosts are friendly and quick with their responses. Opted to stay longer since it was so comfortable.

This is a great place to stay, the apartment is lovely. You can walk into Ferragudo with lovely restaurants cafes and beaches. Parking is easy . Friendly neighbourhood. Great

We would recommend this to anyone looking for a first class apartment in a fairly quiet location. The top floor balcony gives access for al fresco dining, sunbathing and evening chilling. The views are simply stunning. the apartment is perfectly located for a few bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. all literally outside your main door. The apartment itself is modern, spacious and perfect. we've stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this ranks as one of the very best. also the downloadable instructions to get in are fool proof!! thank you

Great apartment with a beautiful view - 10/10. 😍It is small, but very practical and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition, it is within walking distance of most things, so it is easy to get around

Natalia treated us exquisitely, even before our arrival, and we booked only 24 hours before. He responded quickly to the questions that arose before I finished the booking, and I really appreciated that. She made it easy for us at check-in, and sent us instructions on how to check in, and yet we had to call her and she was very kind to us. The accommodation on our arrival was equipped as we expected, clean and there in the living room you have a basket with a lot of recommendations for both gastronomy and experiences. The development is super quiet, the pool is spectacular. We've only been here for a weekend, but we're delighted. It'll be another of those accommodations that we'll save in case life allows us to return. I'm sure we'd stay here again. Thank you Natalia 😍

João was an amazing host! He helped us bring luggage in and left only after thoroughly explaining different “hacks” for the space and the local area. He provided us with a list of things we may want to check knout and still checked in most days to see if he could help in any way and provided additional recommendations. The place is also centrally located with lots to do and eat nearby. Would definitely recommend staying here.

It was a charming accommodation. It was big for two people and we felt comfortable right away. Communication was easy. All in all, we were very please.

Marco's accommodation was really great. 9/10 points - why: I thought, according to the photos, that it was the neighbouring house with a pool. We were on the first floor and actually I prefer accommodation on the ground floor with my 5-year-old son, which was unfortunately not quite clear. Top was: not even 5 minutes walk to the beach, great restaurants on the beach, expensive supermarket just around the corner. The apartment is super clean and the kitchen has everything you absolutely need for self-catering but nothing more, no pasta strainer and no lemon squeezer, for example. Tableware also minimal in terms of quantity (6 glasses). Marco and his mom are super nice and helpful at check-in, furthermore we did not need them, as it was not our first Portugal holiday. Price-performance with pool top - you can't rule anything out. Portimão is a great location, 50 minutes by car from Faro Airport and 30 minutes from Lagos. Best wishes, Jessica & Family.

An amazing location and beautiful home with lots of extra amenities. It’s about a 16 minute walk to the busy parts of Lagos (which isn’t much walking at all in Portugal), and the apartment itself is absolutely stunning. Veronica was wonderful to communicate with, giving recommendations and responding quickly to any questions we had. The pool was an awesome bonus too! I truly felt the culture of Lagos in this neighbourhood and I have zero complaints!

Spent a week at vanessa’s apartment. We absolutely loved it! It was so spacious and clean and literally had everything you could need. Vanessa checked us in and showed us around, she was so friendly and helpful with lots of recommendations. It was about a 20 min walk and less than a 5 minute uber from the old town. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend😃

Great place to stay, very responsive and welcoming hosts, bottle of wine was great! Location is not overly walkable to Lagos downtown, but wasn’t expecting it to be either. Great pool and amenities at the condo!

We spent two weeks in Inês' condo, a very attentive host. The condo is spacious, well-equipped, bright and very comfortable. A large, intimate balcony located in front of a unique landscape. You feel like you're on holiday, in the quiet and warmth. The beach is 10 minutes walk. Nearby, a very reliable car rental company: Ready 2 drive. In short, a great discovery! Thank you Inês!

Beautiful apartment, super comfortable with lots of extra homely touches and amenities. The food and drink welcome pack was most appreciated. Casa Surf Love is situated in an ideal location for both walking in to the centre of Alvor and going to the beach. The accommodation, hosts, and location were all like a dream—filled with love and beauty. The owners were incredibly kind and caring, always helpful while also respecting our privacy. Our whole family enjoyed every moment, from watching the golfers to driving through the orange groves, and having fun on the trampoline and in the pool. Everything was top-notch. If I had to search for a negative (and I really had to think hard to find one), it would be just the occasional thought of whether a golfer's ball might come flying our way! 😂

Host was really responsive, We were even able to check in clearly which was great. The location is lovely, amazing view
