Dear guests, we are Massimo and Roberta, we recently bought this farmhouse dating back to the 1800s, surrounded by chestnut trees, near the village of Pruno. If you want to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you, you will find silence and tranquility. You will arrive by car in this peaceful oasis, welcomed by the large terrace where you will enjoy the sun all day, and end up admiring the sunset. Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.

Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

The Rustic House of Angiò

With its cafes, restaurants , shops you can take beautiful walks or mountain bikes along the Via Francigena or along the trails of the Lamaian hills. Piano Terra All’ingresso vi accoglie una cucina attrezzata, perfetta per preparare pasti in piena autonomia. Primo Piano Salendo al primo piano troverete la camera da letto principale, spaziosa e accogliente, dotata di un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello. Una soluzione perfetta per coppie con bambini o gruppi di amici. Secondo Piano Al secondo piano si trova il bagno, moderno e ben rifinito, dotato di doccia, lavabo, wc e bidet.

The Fox's Lair

The house is a rustic stone and wood building in the Apuan Alps park, an ideal place for those who want to hike in the woods and explore the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany, between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with gas stove, wi-fi, sofa bed and for heating for the winter season it has a wood stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with full bathroom with shower, a wooden mezzanine with a single bed.

Relaxing house with sea view

Relaxing, sunny place with a view that sweeps from the mountains to the Versilia sea. It overlooks the valley, where you can see the ports of Livorno and Viareggio. On clear days you can see the Island of Elba and Capraia. From the house there are hiking trails, a climbing school and a 5-minute walk to the church square where we can find the museum, the bar and the path that leads to the monument, Ossuary, built in memory of the massacre.

Borgometato – Cipressa

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.

From the village of Stazzema you can walk to very easy trails, suitable for all hikers who wish to spend a beautiful day of trekking in our Apuan Alps park. Near the village, for the more experienced, there are climbing walls for all levels of difficulty.

"Le Casette" Vacation Home

The house is located on a high hill about 600 meters above sea level and is located within a small village. It is 1.5 km from the parking lot of the village of Metato, this last stretch is a narrow and steep path accessible with small 4WD cars, the owner can put at your disposal a Fiat Panda, to be used exclusively from the parking lot to the house.
