Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Farmington

Deb was wonderful! My wife and were staying for the weekend and Deb made us feel right at home. She was very personable, gave us total privacy, and had very clear instructions and even recommendations of all the wonderful areas to visit including Mills Market 1 mile down the road. Her price was beyond reasonable and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone wanting to stay in the Andover area to stay here! The reviews don't lie, book it now!

We came up for a wedding and could only stay one night... I would love to come back and stay longer and explore the surrounding area and it's natural beauty. The house was spotless and relaxing and had everything you might need for your stay. Highly recommend!!

Our stay at Margaret's home was very relaxing and comfortable. Pristine bathroom, kitchen and bedding. The lake view was so much more than we anticipated. It was serene, peaceful, and breathtaking. We had two nights to spend in Maine after a week long trip to Quebec. The lake house was a wonderful place to unwind after our busy trip to Canada. We spent our full day parked in the yard, enjoying the boats provided, reading, playing bags, and just sunning. It was a gorgeous day, and we loved it. The house is spacious, very well-stocked, and has many little amenities to make it feel like home. Highly recommend!

Jon’s cabin is a beautiful place to get away from it all. Very comfortable and well designed. We had everything we needed to cook and hole up for a few days. If you decide to drive to the lake, I would recommend 4WD. We had a truck but were not aware of how soft the ground was and ended up needing to be towed out. Still highly recommend! Enjoy your stay!

This is one of the most beautiful Airbnb‘s. I have ever stayed at. The location is stunning. A river runs right behind the house and you can listen to it as you fall asleep. The sun comes in the afternoon and lights up everything. Tami is a great host Who will make everything right. The house is stocked better than pretty much any house I’ve ever rented. Highly recommend this home. It is a treasure.

It was such a pleasure staying here. The moment we walked in we felt like we were at home. We enjoyed the well-equiped kitchen, the beautiful views from the comfortable living room, and breakfast with the Blue Jays, Cardinals, and Chickadees attracted by a well-placed bird feeder. Everything about this place was simply lovely, and Bev's hospitality made it even better. We're already thinking about the next time we can make a trip up to stay here, and you should to!

Beautiful place to stay nearby a picturesque river and close to skiing. Michael is a communicative and accommodating host. Kingfield is a charming town. We appreciated that they had cable as well – rare for an AirBNB.

We had a great stay at Sumners place. It's location is very cool being right downtown but at the same time it is quiet and peaceful. He has it set up with everything you need and more. We appreciated his friendliness and great communication!

We had a great stay. The location was ideal and everything we needed was supplied. The house was exactly as pictured and well stocked and very clean. Chelsey was very responsive to any questions and they also dropped off some very thoughtful sweet treats! Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again!

We came here off season and it was beautiful. The place was clean, spacious, and warm- even on a brisk Maine evening. Downtown Damariscotta is lovely at this time of year- they were getting the town ready for Christmas. Great restaurants as well. Would definitely return.

I had a great stay at Michael's apartment/condo. The unit was extremely clean, and the kitchen is very well-stocked. It has more than everything you'd need to cook for yourself. And, the view is pretty fantastic, too--it looks right across the valley to Sunday River and up towards Old Speck and the Grafton Notch area. I'd not hesitate to stay again.

Our stay at Tim & Joanne’s was great! We’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area. The hosts are very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Anytime we had a question they were quick to help. The place itself is very cozy and we felt very comfy. The only thing we wish is it were a bit closer to Mt. Abram, which is where we were skiing, but that only applies to our situation. Overall it was a great place to stay with great hosts!

Clean & well kept! We stayed two nights with our toddler and loved that there was a gate, high chair and even toys for him. It made our travel even smoother.

We had a wonderful weekend in Newry. Kevin was quick to answer any questions we had. The space is beautifully decorated and just enough space for the two of us. It was peaceful and private. We missed out on snowmobiling due to the warm weather but we enjoyed riding our e-bikes. We will definitely return with our machines next winter. Thank you so much for everything!

Great place to stay, perfect condo very close to the mountain / places to eat. Highly recommend staying here for ski days at Sunday River

Accurate listing as far as the space/amenities go. Hard to say it's truly ski on/ski off as there's a bit of a walk to the Sawduster lift (2-chair that brings you to the base lodge) 5-10min. $1450 for 2 nights in the spring time ( reggae fest) felt a bit much we booked late. Lots of instructions to follow but that seems like all AirBnBs these days.

This was an excellent condo for us before and after the Sugarloaf road race. It was very clean and welcoming. The hosts were attentive and proactive with information. We would absolutely stay here again!

Will was a great host before and during our stay. He communicated well with me ahead of time with simple and easy to follow directions to (and instructions for) his place. Will’s condo was perfect for our family of four (children aged 9 and 3). We came up for Spring skiing and enjoyed the annual end of season Pond Skim and festivities in South Ridge which was easy walking/skiing distance from his place. It was great to be able to ski home for lunch and to have a break in the middle of the day. The grounds at Fall Line were awesome as well: our kids loved the common room, games, the pool, and the snow out the back door where they played on a sled. Very comfortable, clean and perfect spot for our first, but not last, visit to Sunday River. Thanks Will.
